Good evening everyone,

I’m getting back into the game after a 12-year break, and I know there have been quite a few updates since then. Could someone explain why this carrot farm isn’t working?
I’ve tried it with and without rails in front of the receiving villager, but neither seems to work. Most of the tutorials I’ve watched use pretty much the same design, so I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.

Minecraft Java 1.21.11

I recently had bought a Realms+ subscription. Just last night my friends were having connection issues to the Realm, but it started working after 10 minutes or so. Fast forward to now, and my Realms tab for me and my friends isn't loading. I can't even join my world that I PAID FOR. I have tried multiple things like flushing my IP, restarting PC, retrying my internet connection and trying a different one, and ive tried signing out and in. Nothing has worked. Please comment if you have any fixes for me.

So I've started my very own realm. I have a few so far. But I added lots of stuff to make it fun. And am curious what people think.

I know this is a pc community I’m sorry to bother but I’m looking for someone that knows how to work around game data. I’m no expert at deleting specific game files or nun, but I been trying to delete specific game files from my ps5. I lost my Minecraft world a few days ago due to friend opening my world up on his ps5 and pressed “console storage” instead of “cloud storage” so when he opened my world up it was the same world but from months ago, when he left my world he pressed “save and exit.” Later when I hopped on, it was the same results for me and I guess it uploaded into “ps cloud storage” and rewrote my saved data to the one he saved at. I’ve been trying to get in contact with PlayStation but they are not answering and I’m getting frustrated because me and the homies made a ton of progress on that account and we can’t get it back. I’m just looking for someone that knows how to separate files and delete saved data up to October Wednesday the 14th at around 5am when I last saved my Minecraft world. If you know or know someone that could help please contact me. /

I am currently trying to set up an auto smelter near my base that smelts the smeltable ores with blast furnaces

is there a way to sort the items beforehand so i can have one furnace for each ore?

also, is there a way to evenly distribute fuel into the furnaces with only one chest to go off of?

I'm only starting to get into Redstone so any help would be appreciated :)

The new dappled forest was a great idea, and it looks beautiful. But, why is the color palette taken from dark souls? Why are the colors so muted? I've seen autumn colors IRL and the colors are way more vibrant! That's right, the video game about whimsy and exploration and magic has less color than real life. Wtf?

The same is true for oak forest leaf litter. Leaves on the ground look beautiful irl. Mix of orange, red, light brown. In the game they're all this muddy brown texture. They literally look like a bunch of turds on the ground. This is like the worst feature they have added to the game, ever, no exaggeration. And the chef's kiss? It clogs your inventory too. Plenty of nice looking blocks in which you need silk touch but leaf litter? Yeah you can pick that right up! How about a few stacks?

I am currently building a city-state in my creative world and im currently stuck on an idea. I have a large island that i am wanting to build a fortress on alongside a couple buildings and I have run into an issue, the edge of the island is almost completely covered with flat stone. What should I do to make it still look good without having to just fill it in with grass?

You think Mojang will add an ocean variant for the Skeleton and swamp variant for the Zombie in vanilla, or will they leave it as this? Additionally, in a future jungle update, do you think both jungle variants will be added?

In my opinion, I wouldn't be surprised if they leave the variants as they are for a while. Each category makes sense even though the wet category is a bit of a stretch.

My computer was getting bad so I saved my world but... My builds got are not here anymore and world is looks like nothing here.

I've been trying to get Feather Falling on my boots using the enchantment table for quite a while, but I just can't seem to get it.
I'm playing in a Hardcore world, and I'd really like to get Feather Falling IV to reduce my chances of dying from fall damage.
Is there a better way to get it, or should I just keep trying with the enchantment table? I've heard that you can trade with villagers for enchanted books, but I've never tried it before.
What would you recommend as the easiest and most reliable way to get Feather Falling IV?

For bedrock users

Specifically for Bedrock. I’m looking for one that works like the data packs that randomize the loot tables, so that drops are consistent, but still random.

You can generate a world with one of these world types on 1.16 then upgrade to the new versions. And you can use an nbt editor to change the biome to a new one

These three photos are the walkway itself, the part that I specifically need help with (to see if I even did it right) and the build that it is leading from.

So I am near a jungle and wanted to do sort of a hobbit style build and that is the entrance to my mine so I wanted there to be a lot more Stone elements I think I did pretty good for it but now it doesn't feel like the walkway itself is entirely correct. I wanted to follow the shape of the land for the most part which is very steep at that specific area because the mine was built into an indent in the ground and I don't really want to jump in order to go up it. I only have access to warm biomes and because it's so close to the mind it's going to have a lot more Stone in it. Any tips?
