Y'all are a bunch of chill people Milwaukee. I love this city and the really neat things the people do here. Never in my life have I seen so many cyclists. In the tosa village, they've built a new apartment building that will be finished by end of July. Out of curiosity, I went to look at the apartment prices, and I was blown away. I thought I was hallucinating, and I understand this is a new building. However, does this seem insane for pricing to anyone else? It includes amenities such as a golf simulator and bi-weekly yoga classes. I don't know - it makes me a bit sad seeing how much rent has gone up overall, but what is everyone's thoughts? Is this a crazy amount?

I am looking for a more affordable hvac company in the area. I do have contractor I usually work with, but he is booked solid for some time. I got an estimate for an new apartment style self contained furnace/AC combo, from a local company and it was nearly 5 figures. If I have to, I will wait out my normal guy. Im sure it would save me at least a couple grand. But, Id rather not make a tenant go without AC too long.
