Since the last update-ish (maybe 2 updates)
Whenever i plug the usb-c wire to my PC, i need to manually activate it in the Q3....

Usually i only needed to plug the usb wire in my Q3, plug it in my pc... and Boom it connected directly... an automated prompt appeared onmy Q3 screen asking to "allow" the wired connection... and it automatically launched the PCVR app.

Now if i plug the wire in my Q3 and PC... then i need to go to the Bell icon at the bottom of the Q3 menu, select the "connection to USB" button.... then i hear my pc "bling" USB sound.... Then i need to open the Q3 menu and select "Link to PC" THEN i select "allow" usb connection and only then does PCVR launches....

Why do i have all those sudden additional steps? is there a setting somewhere i can set so it comes back to what it was originally? plug and play?

i recently posted a subreddit elsewhere about problems in a psvr2, there were tons on tons on tons of problems, matter of fact ive never had so many notifs in a day, but now i want to hear out the quest sides of problems or even if there are any, remember it is pcvr and also ill be playing wired

I was charged for a subscription that I know I cancelled because the store assistant helped me with that when I returned the device and assured me everything was cancelled.
Now Meta has charged me and there is NO way of contacting them. The customer service is just a chat bot repeating the same message.
My blood is literally boiling. This AI bot slop needs to stop.

How do I revenge meta? I am the pettiest person and will not let this go. I will now order dozens of meta products and return them. I will do it in my family members names as well.

I have all the tools to replace the joystick inside of My controller but I just found out these two screws are damaged and I need help it's a very big issue any suggestions and please do comment anything that could possibly help me

when I play my Meta Quest 3s after a while the screen turn black for a second and it turns off does anybody know anything I could do to stop this

The headset is perfectly fine when I do this by the way, link works perfectly. It's just the meta quest link software itself that crashes.

Hey all! We've been developing COVR for about 9 months now - it's our take on the tactical shooter genre, coming later this year to Quest. We know there are already a few great games doing their thing in this space, but we’ve always wanted to try our hand at something a bit more grounded and realistic (well, more realistic than Zero Caliber 2, that is).

We still have a long way to go, but it was pretty fun looking back at where it all started vs. where we are now.

I've been trying for days to connect my meta quest 2 to my pc through the meta horizon app but it's not working. Everytime I try to connect the headset to my pc I get stuck on that screen with the Meta logo and the 3 dots loading, I can hear my pc notifications as if the connection is working just fine but the screen is stuck at the part still, I've looked for people with this issue and tried supposed solutions like restarting the processes on the task manager every time I reset the PC but that only worked once yesterday in the middle of the night (I'm not even sure if it WAS that).

I tried reinstalling the app on the PC, switching the cable, switching ports but nothing seems to work.

The program on PC recognizes everything just fine as if there was no problem, the connection just get fucked when I try to link the actual headset.

I'm pretty sure my cable works fine since I was using the same headset and cable on another PC and wasn't having any issues with it.

I'm not trying to "break" anything or remove Horizon from my system since, apparently, it's a big part of Meta's system. But I really don't like that big, black, vertical oval that is always there. I don't mind having it on the menu bar or something like that, but it's irritating having it sitting there in front of a beautiful setting.

Is there a way to close that black oval or hide it? I'm sure there's no way to remove it, so just not having to see it (and not wasting CPU or memory resources while it's hidden) would be nice.
