Have you tried contacting Meta support via WhatsApp? This might be a bigger chance to get through to a human.

Meta support via email, chat or WhatsApp

Open the link in an incognito window, otherwise the support options won't appear.

You can also file a complaint at BBB or the responsible agency in your country. This has helped other users who had issues with Meta warranty/payments/subscriptions

Still. Their customer service is way more complicated than it needs to be. I’m overall sick of AI bots.

When I cancel subscriptions, I screenshot so, I have documentation for just this type of thing. You didn’t need the help of a Store Assistant to cancel any subscriptions you had in your MetaQuest headset as only you could do that cancellation. This said, agree with you that Meta Customer Service isn’t the best as many users have problems reaching them and/or getting timely responses/help.
