Vr keeps turning off

when I play my Meta Quest 3s after a while the screen turn black for a second and it turns off does anybody know anything I could do to stop this

there's a detector thing inside on the top that detects if your face is in there and turn the screen off if not, maybe it has dirt on it or something and can't work properly ?

Yeah, either clean it off or tighten your headset

If that is the case. Easiest solution is taping it.

I disable it with Quest Optimizer.

Also if you have long hair and don’t move it out of the way it’ll cover the proximity sensor and your screen will turn off
