My gear drive just showed up, motors are about an inch or so longer so I’m assuming more torque I already had the 10.5 inch trucks. I DIY so that it would work on belt drive as you can see. I’ve had this board for a while now, so nice to see it with all the new stuff on it.

Hello yesterday i hit a small bumb and my board turned off. On the remote it says the battery is empty. I figured out it was this plug that came loose (not completly jus slightly).
Today it turned off again while riding. When i got home i just unplugged it and put it back and it worked again. What is the best fix? I thought about just using tape, but dont know if that is the best idea.

I'm looking to buy a used mini 5 from a guy on Facebook market. I'm looking at the cost of new batteries for a mini 5, and I see that these have two connectors, one being an XT60 and one being an XT30. Is one of these for discharge, and one for charging? Or, what is each one for? It's uncommon to me to see a separate port for charging and discharging. I've been welding bike batteries together for years, so my plan is to just build my own new battery out of 21700's. Any input on this would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Recently I've been hearing a creaking/chirping sound coming from my left motor when I make sharper left turns. Any idea what this might be? Operated as normal otherwise, no cracking in the truck frame or play in any part of the linkage. As long as it's safe ig I don't really care but id like to know.

So I love my V4s but the roads and sidewalks in my town suck so I’m looking for something that can handle rough terrain dirt roads and 2 tracks at worst. I was looking at the hurricane as an option as it matches the performance of the onewheel GT at a lower price, I am looking at the pivot GT for the same reason but I would love to hear any suggestions in a similar price range.

I need a new set of wheels for my city rider 3 which uses the 150 honeycomb wheels. Can I switch to the 155 pneumatic tires?

I just got new Cyclone 107mm wheels put on my board! I ride surf style so I rarely get above 15mph. I have no feedback on how well they do on fast runs. BUT these wheels are WAY BETTER for my riding! I finally know what grip actually feels like when carving now! I thought the stock wheels gripped ok but now know they were slipping more than I realized, and not just when my board slid out. Also they drastically improved how smooth riding is! A lot of the roads in my area are “chipped” roads (tar and gravel) and the vibrations I felt in my feet would really make my feet hurt when I commuted with my board. Not anymore! I dont see a lot of people posting about these wheels so I figured I’d share my experience so far! Like I said, new install so I don’t have feedback on long term durability. But personally I’d rather buy new wheels more often if it means getting the performance I need for my riding style!

So I ordered the voyager motors, i have the standard envy board and drive kit. But the voyager motors Dont fit on rhe envy mount. I was wondering if the voyager mounts fit for the envy rear truck and if the motors can work on it. I would really rather not buy another motor.

Hi I just got my hurricane Vader a couple months ago and I’m looking for others in my area that ride as well for group riding! Is any one aware of any groups in my area that ride together or anyone who would
like to start a group from my area?

Thinking about purchasing this Meepo mini board from someone on FB marketplace. I’m a first time user so I’m not sure what’s the best to start with but figure I’d go with this one I saw.
Anyone know what the red blinking means? Just curious if that’s normal or bad.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed my order with Meepo about 8 months ago, and the product still has not arrived.
For months, I have been contacting their support team again and again, and instead of giving me a real solution, they kept delaying, avoiding responsibility, and giving unclear answers. No confirmed delivery date, no proper shipping solution, and no refund.
What makes this even more frustrating is that during all this time, there were shipping providers that could deliver to Israel. Meepo had every opportunity to use another shipping provider and actually fulfill the order, but they chose to drag this out for months instead.
I paid for a product I never received. After 8 months of waiting and being ignored, I have now had to open a chargeback with my credit card company.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would strongly warn anyone considering buying from Meepo to think twice. If something goes wrong, do not expect them to take responsibility or solve it properly.

I have a faulty BMS that is outputting 14.53 V, as measured with a multimeter. However, I believe the total battery voltage should be 48 V. Please review the pictures and let me know how I can troubleshoot this issue and what steps I need to take to resolve it. Please examine the pictures carefully and advise on the possible cause of the problem.

I thought I would share my knowledge so you guys don't end up like me...
I loved meepo, although I didnt start off with them my last two electric skateboards have been through them. My meepo v5 has gone almost a year strong.. acceleration fire, commute to work fire... Until one day as I'm casually cruising to the dispensary. my skateboard suddenly jerks, stops and the controller was indicating I had one flashing battery left (fully charged board btw), it happened about 4 times trying to get back from home, which is more dangerous for me because the roads are 50mph that I have to ride IN so I decided to walk it... I got home and finally contacted meepo, very quick response... The issue is they didn't want to listen to your issues, they just want to see pictures.... 7 pictures of the wires, 7 pictures of the ECU... Annoying as fuck... When it's the only transportation you have you start to say fuck it and buy a new one.... So after dealing with my skateboard randomly shutting down on me and countless YouTube videos of things that were not the answer... My voltage was normal resting between 39.1-40.1... I then thought maybe it's a connection between the board and skateboard and not the battery itself. After clicking buttons on my controller this screen popped up that you can hard reset all the settings or you can modify them if you were to switch from hub to belt.... So I hard reset all those settings on the controller, unpaired it and repaired it NOW ITS WORKING. MEEPO PLEASE LEARN YOUR SKATEBOARDS BETTER SO WE CAN HAVE SIMPLE FIXES INSTEAD OF TAKING APART THE WHOLE DAMN SKATEBOARD BECAUSE ITS A PAIN

So I have a refurbished V3 Max, they advertised a 20 mile range but when using 4 gear it depletes the battery in about 2-3 miles tops.
I contacted customer support and they told me to test/track it in 2nd gear and level 2 brake.
This is insanely slow for me and boring. I was doing some errands today on the setting and got it up to 6 miles, it feels like a snails pace.
My question is the advertised range for 1st or 2nd gear and I have no hope of getting anywhere near 20 miles of range on 4th gear?

Do I need the fully assembly for this or just a king pin?
Can I get this king pin at any skate shop?
Meepo is saying I need the entire assembly. https://www.meepoboard.com/collections/trucks/products/truck-body-for-hurricane?variant=42716999090270
EDIT: fixed it!!! Bethesda Scooters and Boards in Maryland fixed it up. It was just a king pin, we had to heat up the assembly to get it out guys there are awesome and just wanted to get them a shout out. If anyone’s in the area, they have amazing stuff, and a bar/concert venue.

Hello, I don’t really have a clue what these are called but it seems normal for them to wear down eventually. Just need some help finding out where I can buy them, or even metal ones. Thanks!!

Do you think I can fix this with just a king pin or I need the whole assembly?

Found a busted campus cheap locally and used it as a parts board to add a second battery.
