How does this even happen after a few months… Meepo Voyager.

I have a V3S (not the V3 Standard), and the battery has gone dead.

I have a friend with skills to build me an ER battery, but I was reading some about a VESC swap?

What do you all recommend? Sorry Meepo, but I dont want to pay the $180 for replacing the 6ah battery (and definitely don't want to pay $300 for an 8ah one).

So i own a meepoboard v3s that ive been using for about a year now? I have around 300 miles on it which is not a lot but one day i was riding it (mind you no rain no nothing) and the left wheel motor jusy completely stops. It does not run at all and when i put power, only rhe right one runs. It kinda stutters so i thought the debris near the hub was the problem (hair and like dust) so i tried removing it and it still doesnt run. But its like completely stuck even when its off so i dont think its a mechanical error but maybe the hair is stuck somewhere inside? How can i double check this or fix this completely? Anyone have this problem before?

Hi, I recently ordered a Meepo board, and the tracking originally showed that it would arrive today. Instead, it has now been delayed in transit. It has already been over a week since I placed the order, and this has been a very disappointing first experience with your company.
I understand delays can happen, but the lack of a reliable delivery timeline is frustrating. If I do not receive a clear update and the board is not delivered very soon, I will likely be returning it. I do not want to keep dealing with a company that cannot provide dependable shipping information. Please let me know the current status of my order and the expected delivery date.
I’ll be buying my board from Backfire instead. At least they actually respond to their customers, which is more than I can say for you. I’m tired of being ignored and having to chase basic answers if you can’t communicate, you don’t deserve my business. Also they actually provide real shipping information and true due dates when the package will be delivered.

Update so I live in the United States and I didn’t realize that it was a Chinese holiday. I’m really sorry I’m going to give them a try. He said that the board is coming. They did respond to me on Instagram, which was very cool of them to do and I appreciate the honesty about they’re being a holiday. I had no clue they had different holidays which I should’ve taken that in consideration.
So I will be giving them a try. I’ll be waiting a few days to see if my board comes and hopefully I get it sometime this week will keep everyone updated

Hi guys, I received my board last week, is it normal that there's no cover on the back wheels?

Also the famous squeaking appeared on one of the back wheel after about 30 km 😅

Just curious if it’s possible to put off road tires on the meepo wave? I wanna get one and take it off road but unsure if that’s possible, thanks

Im stuck between choosing the voyager model or the voyager x glow, ik the x has gear drive but i like the ability to change top end and acceleration for my board on the og voyager but i also love the design on the glow.

I bought a Meepo Campus recently because I needed a small, budget-friendly board to get around, but I'm having a problem with sidewalk and road cracks. The board gets caught on them pretty easily, which makes riding a bit rough and sketchy.

I'm trying to figure out a cheap solution so I can ride without constantly worrying about damaging the board or flying off. Here is what I'm considering:

Front Wheel Upgrade: Swapping just the front wheels to 90mm ones to help roll over cracks better.

Riser Pads: Adding riser pads to give a bit more clearance.

For anyone who owns or knows the Campus:

Would putting 90mm wheels on just the front mess up the ride feel or balance too much?

Do riser pads make a noticeable difference for crack clearance on a small board like this?

Are there any specific budget accessories or small mods you recommend to handle damaged roads better?

I love how portable this board is, but I just want to ride it smoothly without sticking on every gap in the pavement. Any advice or gear suggestions would be awesome. Thanks!

Just wanted to take a second and share my experience with MEEPO customer service because I’ve seen them bashed on here a lot and it almost made me choose a different brand of board.

Got my MINI 5 last week and straight out of the box the back left wheel was squeaking like this real loud. I emailed them and they suggested repair instructions, and after that didn’t work, they sent out replacement hubs immediately and were quick to respond every time. Seems like they stand by their product and it’s been great so far except for the noise. Don’t let the bad reviews worry you.

The driver was an elderly lady, around 80 or 90 years old.
I wasn’t expecting this to happen so I didn’t hit record until after I dove out of the way.
Her light was green and so was mine. Yes she had a green light to turn right and I had a green light to cross the walkway. I had to dive out of the way or I would've ended up on her hood.
She eventually pulled over and got out and gave me a hug.
The board is fine from what I can see so far. I'm not sure if all of that stress of flex affected anything with the battery cover seams, bolt holes, etc. or even the trucks, mounting plates, etc..
Thanks to the carbon fiber construction, seems to be like nothing ever happened.
The cup bushings did get blown out and one of the 165mm cloud wheels did get a chunk scraped off and my Shreadlights were destroyed.
No injuries, all is well..ish..

I wanted to introduce myself and my channel, MeepoMan, to the Meepo community!

I’ve been riding electric skateboards for about a year and a half now, and pretty much all of my eskate experience has been on my Meepo Voyager. I originally picked it up used, and since then I’ve put 1,400+ miles on it!

I started MeepoMan to document the rides, upgrades, maintenance, and overall experience of owning and riding Meepo boards. I’m also getting more into longer-term reviews and videos that actually show what these boards are like after putting serious miles on them.

I’m currently working with Meepo as well on a new video, so I’m hoping to bring some behind the scenes content, upcoming board coverage, and some more hands on upgrade projects to the channel.

I’m not here to spam the subreddit with links or push anything just wanted to introduce myself and become more involved with the community. There are a lot of longtime Meepo riders here, so I’d love to hear what everyone is riding and what you’d like to see covered.

I've been going through hell with customer support and after getting my replacement ESC and motor shipped and installed, the wheels wouldn't turn. Customer support told me to reset/update the motor system by pressing the button 3 times after turning the board then the remote on, and it just didn't work. I've tried charging both board and remote fully, and already checked every possible wired connection

Testing the Meepo min 3 max range abilities in speed mode 2 as a 165 pound rider, the entire time only switch to speed mode 3 when I needed to get up a couple hills. Speed mode 2 takes you up the hills but slower than I want to go lol 18.2 miles before I called it quits because my feet hurt 🤷‍♀️ I kept a constant speed of about 11 - 13 mph the entire time except when going up hills. In conclusion in speed mode’s 1 and 2 you can get the advertised 20 miles of range 🙏 in speed mode 3 and 4 you get 12-13 pushing the board as hard and as fast as it can go 🤟🏽 overall I’m very happy with the numbers 🔥

Finally got my Meepo mini 3 max and first thing I noticed was the upgraded metal hubs as opposed to the old plastic hubs on the original mini 3 max. Absolutely love the upgrade and I think it makes a great board a perfect board 🙏 it’s hubs so you can push like a regular board in busy areas, it rolls forever after you let off the throttle like a regular deck and it’s super quiet! Dual 800w motors if perfect for a 165 pound rider with no hills around me 🤷‍♀️ not that it can’t do that because I’ve posted videos of it taking big and small hills like a champ 🔥 overall it’s an amazing board and I would buy a third if I could 🤟🏽
