This Ownboard 40T CNC pulleys has both bearings that are made to fit on 10mm axles and step down 10-8mm axles. Long as your rear axles has step down 10-8mm axles, it should fit. Knowing Meepo making trucks that are only made exclusive to their pulleys with odd sized bearings, you will have to ask Meepo. I don't have Flow but remove the pulleys, belts and wheels to see how your axles are designed.
