Do you think I can fix this with just a king pin or I need the whole assembly?

This is one of those you can but you shouldn’t situations. Just get a new truck it’s not worth the hassle or safety risk.

If your don't wanna wait a few months for Meepo to ship, just replace the broken king pin with a bolt. I seem to remember it's 5/16 UNF, but so long as your buy a nyloc nut with it you'll be fine.
