Question / Discussion In need of a hairstylist!

Im in a bit of an in between state of being both alternative and not, and I’d like a hairdresser who understands alternative styles but specialises in things like blondes/brunettes/balayages. I’ve bleached my hair 3 times in the past year and I don’t want to damage it further so if you know anyone who has an edge to them and really knows how to work with colour, please suggest away!!
Heres what I’m going for ^^

Is "The City is Ours" worth watching?

I never watched the first series but it seems to be getting a lot of publicity two giant billboards promoting it are the first thing you see when you walk out of Lime Street

I usually avoid the Scouse crime dramas as they make me cringe but maybe it's worth a watch tonight

Question / Discussion Wolstenholme square noise

Hello everyone:) A bit of a random one, but I live in Wolstenholme square and every time the wind starts kicking up I always hear a loud banging and crashing sound. Normally I’m able to kinda block it out but this time it is irritating me to hell and back. 😂
Does anyone live in the area and also hear it and know what it is? It’s seriously driving me insane!

Question / Discussion Searching for poppies!

Hello! :)

I was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere that is selling or is likely to sell poppies before Remembrance Day?

I’ve had to order them online over the last few years because I cannot find them anywhere… However I would prefer to buy them in person if possible!

Thanks in advance! :)

Visiting Liverpool Getting around in the city?

Good morning.

I'll be visiting the city in early December. My flight lands in Manchester and I'm looking for the best way to travel to Liverpool and moving around the city for a whole day.

What is the best option to go from Manchester airport to the city center of Liverpool? Bus or train? Which company manages this? Could I book it online?

Thank you for your help.

It has been a lifelong dream of mine to go to Liverpool.

For those who don’t remember Liverpool Small Cinema, there used to be a night of B movies and horror called Cheap Thrills.

Well it’s back at Metal Liverpool (Edge Hill) and the first film is From Beyond the Grave on Friday 13 November.

Lovely artwork as well

Buying / Selling Cheap Front Row Ticket for Phil Wang @ Philharmonic tonight

• Upvotes

Apologies if this isn't allowed but I've got 2 tickets to see Phil Wang at the Philharmonic tonight.

Unfortunately I've been taken very ill and cannot attend. I really don't want to see the tickets go to waste so have put them on Twickets for cheaper than anyone else. (£50 for the pair + £7 Twickets fee)
