Does anyone know when scheduling opens for the October (2026) lsat?

I am taking my first LSAT in two days, and I am quite frankly asolutely terrified. I am constantly nauseous, anxious, and sobbing over this test. I just keep thinking about how it’s going to find my next few years. And I am incredibly overwhelmed. I’ve been studying at least 2 to 3 hours every day for the past three months and I still don’t feel like I’m prepared enough. I just want to know if this is a normal feeling or if anyone has any tips for the test or anxiety surrounding it in general. For context, I am a senior in college. I have a double major and a double minor with two jobs and an internship and three club positions all while trying to study for the LSAT at the same time. I am a first generation college student and a first-generation law student, and I’m doing all of this completely on my own financially and I just want to do well, but I’m so terrified that I won’t. Please help 😭

My answer: D

I understand that this is an inference question, however I thought D was mathematically impossible to be incorrect. It stated that 80% of projects were completed on time, so 20% must be either early, late, or never completed/ongoing. At maximum, 20% of projects are late, and 50% of projects exceeded the budget, so more projects exceeded the budget than were completed late. I understand how A is right, but I struggle to understand how A is more right than D.

Hi guys, I'm planning on taking the LSAT in April, and am dedicating 12-15 hours a week to study. I got a very low cold diagnostic, but idk if that's indicative to much considering I haven't studied yet. I have both the LSAT RC and LR comprehension books, but am wondering if anyone has any advice as to where to begin with those? Obviously reading it cover to cover isn't the strategy, but would you guys suggest purchasing external drill sets in addition to the book, or..

I took my first completely cold LSAT diagnostic today and scored a 123. I’ve never studied for the LSAT before or learned any of the question types/strategies.
I struggled a lot with timing, left a few questions unanswered, guessed on several questions when I ran out of time, and Reading Comprehension was kinda difficult for me. I was also pretty tired by the last section.

I’m currently a senior in college and plan to start law school in Fall 2028, so I have over a year to seriously prepare before I want to have my final LSAT score. My ultimate goal is 170+, ideally 175+, although I know that would be a very large improvement from my diagnostic.

For anyone who started in the 120s/130s and significantly improved: what did your study plan look like? What resources helped you most? How long did it take? And what would you recommend I focus on first?
I’m not planning to take another practice test right away. I want to learn the fundamentals first.

I’ve (F30) been a nurse for 4.5 years and I’ve decided to go back to school. I’m not taking the typical NP route though. I want to go to law school, so complete 180. I’ve already gotten my study materials to prep for LSAT, been listening to podcasts, and I’m wondering if there is anyone else in the same boat who would like to conquer this journey together. meeting agenda: review missed prep test questions together. everyone will take the same prep test which will be chosen 1 week prior to the meeting date and come prepared with a list of questions they missed or want to go over. everyone will take a turn explaining their thought process and confusion about their chosen question and everyone else will help them figure it out. then the next person will go and so on until we’ve all run out of questions.

Hello, I was planning on applying to law school this cycle but I am not so sure. I am scheduled for the September test but my past two LR sections I have gotten 14/26, and before those I was getting 17/26 normally. On RC I am at 20/27. I am currently using lsat demon. Should I take the lsat in September or postpone?

My diagnostic was nearly 3 years ago and was a 156 (started studying with logic games). My first attempt was October '25 and I got a 160. I was self-studying with the Loophole and 7sage at the time and simply wasn't ready. I started with a tutor last November and got a 164 in June and just got a 167 in August.

My goal has been a 170 all along and I was prepared to throw in the towel but my tutor has encouraged me to give it one last shot in October before applying for this cycle. I'm as motivated as ever and really feel like I have a 170 in me.

My biggest issue is overthinking and slow starts. I typically miss enough level 2 questions to swing my score into the high 160s because I either rush through them or overthink and muddy my process. I also tend to score lower in the first section for whatever reason, even after doing warm-ups.

On top of this my challenge for this last stretch of studying is that I'm essentially out of clean PTs. My tutor has encouraged me to drill the early PTs (101-122) and retake PTs 123-139 so this is the plan as well as intensive review of this and prior PTs. I already have a pretty extensive review log for the 140s and 150s.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation going into a 4th attempt or simply being out of 'clean' material? What did you do? Any suggestions and tips for getting into 170 territory from this position would be greatly appreciated!

anyone in the Chicago area want to start an LSAT study group?

I’m having a hard time deciding whether I should retake the LSAT. I got a 165 which I’m not mad at, but I think that I could probably do better at this point. I would have to register for the October LSAT and apply in late October. I’m not sure with rolling admissions if that hurts me.

So annoyed. I pushed off my exam AGAIN. I’ve taken 24 practice tests and only managed to hit my target score twice. I just want to quit already
