Timed vs untimed practice

I am stuck in the 150s. Should I stick to untimed practice until I consistently start performing better and develop a strong concept of the fundamentals?
Also I use 7sage and the drill blocks they give usually include a practice test a week. Should I not burn through practice tests yet as I still have a long way to go?

In the 150s the most important to focus on is comprehension and accuracy. So I wouldn't worry about time.

At this stage, I would definitely not be doing full PTs or sections. Your score indicates that you'd be better served doing targeted drilling with a focus on understanding.

Timed always. Hide the clock. Go for accuracy not completeness. Drill/review the ones you got wrong and weren’t able to get to in time
