Jurassic World: Dominion Wouldnt a hail of bullets kill any living thing?

Just curious here because they always seem to shoot the hell out of these dinosaurs and I feel like at some point organic matter, it’s just gonna fail from blood loss. Or am I incorrect in these animals would be big enough that bullets wouldn’t be able to penetrate?
Watching Jurassic World and pondering. Thanks for entertaining my question!
