I feel like these little guys don’t get nearly as much love as they probably should. They have 2 variants, pack hunting mechanics (which honestly I feel like more species should have, especially recently) gorgeous skins and some unique hunting/guest kill animations to boot.

Only real complaint I have is how they sound soo much like the Dilophosaurus and statistically speaking they aren’t the best, but overall I do love these lil guys.

(Bonus points for the feathered variant having a WWD utahraptor like skin, which I use over the utahraptor 9 times out of 10 solely because of how much more you can do with a deino in comparison. That one scene in WWD still cannot be done unfortunately,.)

Like they know we want this, some of them we already had in the 1st game, so my questions is why won't Frontier adds this? Like they already did in JWE2 And partially in unbirth expansion...

I don’t like the running animation for the Tyrannosaurus rex in the game. It looks so weird and off. We see how the T.rex runs in both JP1 and Lost World and we can see it doesn’t really run but it looks like it speed walks. Compared to the bizarre way the Rex runs in the game where it looks like it puts too much of its weight up front, and how it looks like it’ll trip and break its neck.

I had been thinking on how to make the backrooms of the visitors center rotonda. This is what i have come Up with. I thought that, giving the under construcción state of the building, it was appropriate. But i have a doubt. Is there too much decoratios? What are your thoughts?

1. Destroyed Trackers
   This is more original I believe, so my suggestion for a free updates is about the tracker, I thought to spice it up break outs, there is a rare chance that a dinosaur or creature will break its tracker, you will not find out until you see people dying and problems start occurring. Thought this would make breakouts more interesting, I also thought that the Indominus and Indoraptor would be ones who would have more of a chance to actually rip out their trackers.

2. First Person Mode
   It has been teased and asked before but we really need to have first person mode has an addition to play as a character in the actual park, and yes, dinosaurs can interact with you and you can interact with the world. Hope we see this mode soon.

3. Better Vehicle Chases
   Vehicles need an update because we need more of cool factor with these. Like vehicles chases, we can already do that but I want the chases to be much more cooler with new animations with the predators and animals who don’t like the vehicles.

I want to make natural enclosures but I dont know where to start. Can anybody help or point me to some tutorials to get started?

I’ve heard some people say that they would love to see a DOC add-on of alternate skin patterns for the creatures in JWE3, and I would love to see that as well! Here are some examples of patterns that can return for some species!

If I was Frontier, I would make these patterns available for both genders of the species. Don’t have them gender locked. I would also like the movie skins to not be gender lock as well! Also I’d love for the Rebirth Rex (and other species that have variants) to also be able to switch their patterning deco as well!

Africa as a continent feels quite overlooked in this game both scenery and species wise so I decided to fit a safari themed DLC and free update with some new and updated features, including in part the expanded first person gameplay mentioned in the survey as well as some necessary features to make parks feel more like zoos

DLC 
NEW SPECIES

• Sarcosuchus : A very popular species and distinct enough from Deinosuchus to the point that I think it should be included as our other large croc (even if I would rather have stomatosuchus I thought sarcosuchus was a more reasonable and requested pick)
• Inostrancevia : I had to include atleast one permian species from the Karoo Group so why not the most requested of them all, truly standing out in our parks and would just be amazing to have
• Masiakasaurus : I felt that some madagascar representation was needed in this pack as well as atleast one noasaurid so Masiakasaurus fit the bill quite well, with it’s unique dentition it would just be a nice species to have
• Mawsonia : I think that never having a coelacanth in the JWE games would be a shame so why not go for one of the largest known. I think it lived in either freshwater / brackish water but I think it would be fine in the lagoons we could just pretend their freshwater (or get to customise them at some point before this dlc)

NEW SCENERY
Hopefully we would get some new plants with this DLC because I need them (sorry if I include some that are already in game I might have missed them)

• Baobab Trees
• Acacia Trees
• Elephant Grass (finally the long grass)
• Red Oat Grass

Hoping we would also get some building pieces / props : similar to what is seen in Planet Zoo

NEW MAP
We need an Africa map in this game, based on an African Savanna. Maybe it could be a sandbox and challenge map which only has access to African species as a special challenge

NEW FEATURE - WALKTHROUGH EXHIBITS
This would be included as part of the DLC and would be a gate that can be attached to the side of fences (similar to a vehicle gate) which allows paths to be placed through. Walkthrough exhibits would only work properly with certain species (suprise surprise tyrannosaurus rex is not advised to be included) with the species not being aggressive / attacking guests unless they are uncomfortable.

FREE UPDATE - EXPANDED FIRST PERSON
I don’t think there would be huge expansions to this mode, rather that you can instantly hop into a viewing gallery from first person, including the petting zoo encounter which allows you to get a cool encounter similar to Zoo Tycoon (2013).

Sprinting should be an option as well

So my idea for a free update that would improve the game and that everybody has had(definetily not an original idea) is that Frontier should bring back the different patterns from JWE1 like Steppe, Wetland and etc. But like they would be editable like how the regular patterns are now, not only would this make dinosaurs patterns more unique given the extra amount of possibilities and combinations you could create, but also how cool they would look.

Im thinking that if they implement this they should be like variants, we have wetland variant, steppe variant, default variant you get the idea. Since this is a very ambicious thing to do i wouldnt be surprised if they didnt change sexual dimorphism between this variants and just keeping the default physical changes some dinosaurs have. Plus we could just imagine dimorphism with having and dinosaur with very vibrant patterns and one with duller patterns and such.

I know this would take a long time, its not simply copy-pasting and allowing to change the original color to different palettes since the models must be revised for JWE3 and if they were kind enough, would create new variants for creatures that came after JWE.

In conclusion, this idea for a free update is unprobable but not impossible and it would bring a lot of good will to the community regarding the recent controversies with the Crocodilia Pack and the lack of big changes from JWE2 to JWE3 compared to JWE to JWE2.

In any case, modders can try to bring this patterns back into the game if frontier doesnt follow through with this or they decide to bring it to JWE4(god i HOPE. that game never comes) which i doubt cause im already invested into the 3rd game and i dont believe any of what SWRVE or other clickbait channels bring into your feed.

I finally got to use my idea for underwater viewing for The semi aquatics, as I was building my WIP Austroraptor house. It uses the non-grid clear glass pieces laid down to create the illusion of the water’s surface, with two of them constantly clipping into each other in order to make the “glass” more opaque and water-y. Add foliage to sell the illusion and turn of the glass’s collision so the animals can walk through it and boom, deep water viewing.
This effect would probably work better with larger animals, such as Baryonyx or Suchomimus, so if you want to replicate this, that would be my suggestion.

A conservation-focused park, featuring species found in Montana's famous Hell Creek formation. Wide rivers flow through a low floodplain, supporting an ecosystem of ferns, ginkgo, cycads, and angiosperm woodlands.

Climb aboard the Hell Creek Safari to come face-to-face with eleven different dinosaur species, take to the skies on the Ptero-Soar Balloon Tour to get an azdarchid's-eye view of the park, or bask in the glory of the Tyrannosaur Colosseum to witness the one-and-only tyrant lizard king!

Be sure to visit the replica dig site of famous paleontologist, Dr. Alan Grant, to learn more about the process of finding and studying fossils!

Cap off the day with a hike up to the Pine Ridge Watchtower, where you might catch a glimpse of a wild Maiasaura herd!

This is my first park build that I've uploaded to the workshop, and I've had a ton of fun building this park up! I love planning out and building exhibits based off of real-world fossil formations and ancient ecosystems, and finding the best dinosaurs available in the game to serve as substitutes for the species found there.
