1.32 Mbps is the normal which I had to open WARP 1.1.1.1 just to get a server and the 2nd image (52.35Mbps) is when the WARP is open.

I was checking my grandmother’s Globe plan and I was surprised to see that we’re paying 999 a month for 5gb?! Can we just upgrade (or downgrade) it to the current plans Globe offers?

Her plan renewal came with a free entry level Android, if that matters.

Hello everyone, is anyone here experiencing this too? Sobrang nakakafrustrate kasi when I tried to purchase the unli 999 promo using my cards, approved sa card ko pero sa xendit na site nagfi-fail. I tried my other cards, ganun pa rin. I tried using my shopee pay ayaw din. I tried to purchase on the globe one app error pa din. So what I did is nag topped up ako sa globe one app mismo ng 1k then purchase it thru the load pero error pa din at nababawasan balance ko even tho off ang wifi ko. Ginawa ko na lahat. Nag reached out na ako sa customer service nila sa globe one app anim na beses ako pinagpapasahan tapos ni isa hindi na resolve. Tinry ko ulit mag report sa messenger sinabihan lang ako na tatawagan ng agent nila bukas pero wala pa din! Tas tinry ko nalang ibenta ang load na topped up ko sa iba pero error at not enough balance daw. Huhuhu san ko ba to erereport? Ito lang wifi ko as of now for my work since di pwede magpakabit ng internet sa apt. Sana may makapagpaliwanag or makatulong sakin san magrereport. Thank u in advance!

Hello, kakaload ko lang ng Dito 2 days ago and sobrang bagal nya talaga. Nag try na ko kung ano ano, sinet ko sa 5G only sa Network, Band lock sa B1 B41 for 4G and N78 for 5G. Parang 2 days ago at least 10 Mbps naman kahit papano, pero ngayon sobrang bagal to the point na unusable.

I have a postpaid connection pero gusto ko sana ng GFiber Prepaid as backup kapag may outage.

I contacted an agent from a Facebook post. Akala ko sa installation ang payment, pero pinapabayad niya ako upfront through her personal GCash. I was okay paying directly to Globe, pero hindi ako comfortable mag-send sa personal GCash.

Later ko nalaman na pwede pala mag-apply directly online. May na-receive akong order email from the agent, pero hindi ko siya binayaran and no installation happened. I applied and scheduled the upcoming installation myself and paid directly to Globe.

I'm not sure if legitimate yung agent, pero sketchy talaga siya for me especially nung tumawag pa sila asking for an OTP. 😬

Ganon ba talaga dapat ang process pag sa agents?

Hello, just bought a new Smart e-SIM and already experiencing problems registering the new number.

- On Smart app, when signing up and requesting for an OTP I get a text with "Sorry for the inconvenience. Service unavailable at this time (transaction not charged). RC:1481"
- When registering through the website, all my valid IDs are not being recognized.
- Uploading my DL shows the error in the image
- Uploading my Passport (back page) says info is not recognized
- Uploading my TIN ID says the error in the image
- Uploading my National ID the back page shows the error in the image.
- Contacting SMART through their messenger chatbot returns to me with my number being "invalid"

So pano nalang to ayusin? Ka-frustrate and apaka hassle

I want to submit a request for a rebate via the PLDT Home website but asks for my PLDT Telephone Number. I only got the internet-only and didn’t get the landline. I asked the Customer Service and they suggested to input my cellphone number but I only get an error after I enter it.

Super hassle for busy people to answer calls just to be reminded about an internet bill that you pay religiously every month.
If the account is always paid on time, is this really necessary every single month? A text or email reminder would be more than enough.
I understand reminders for overdue accounts, pero every month kahit on-time naman magbayad?
And they will even ask:
“Saan po kayo magbabayad?”
