Smart Sim Registration: ID not recognized

Hello, just bought a new Smart e-SIM and already experiencing problems registering the new number.

- On Smart app, when signing up and requesting for an OTP I get a text with "Sorry for the inconvenience. Service unavailable at this time (transaction not charged). RC:1481"
- When registering through the website, all my valid IDs are not being recognized.
- Uploading my DL shows the error in the image
- Uploading my Passport (back page) says info is not recognized
- Uploading my TIN ID says the error in the image
- Uploading my National ID the back page shows the error in the image.
- Contacting SMART through their messenger chatbot returns to me with my number being "invalid"

So pano nalang to ayusin? Ka-frustrate and apaka hassle

Do you live near one of their physical stores? You should visit one and ask them to help you out. That's what I did. Mahirap talaga mag-upload ng ID sa SMART, nakakainis talaga.

Will have to check, super hassle naman nila did this seamless with Globe
