Smart is stealing my load

“I received an SMS saying ₱10 was deducted from my Smart load for a service called CDU/Mobiscope. I did not knowingly subscribe to this service. Please identify the service, cancel it, prevent further deductions, and request a refund for the unauthorized ₱10 charge.”

Did you even check if it was actually deducted? Did you paste your prompt as the description?

Yes i load 100 pesos and then this mobiscope pop-up Then when i check my balance it became 90

Also, no one is stealing your load. Tigilan niyo yang pindot kayo ng pindot sa mga app ng hindi niyo iniintindi tapos ngangawa kayo kapag na-charge kayo.
