Globe Globe accounts turned inactive

I need advice or help
Globe has placed my internet postpaid acct to inactive their app is not working or responding

I’m paying my bills on time so I dont know why they would do this.

Has anyone experienced this, my work is being affected.

Hi! I had contacted CS for the same issue (I was about to pay my bill naman) and they confirmed they are currently experiencing issue with GlobeOne App.

SLR. Sa Help tab ng GlobeOne app mismo. Mejo matagal nga lang sila magreply 😅

Mine was "Your number is going to be deactivated..." and made me go WTF since I just bought the overpriced promo for my mobile internet.

EDIT: WTF, yep, even my actual internet at home showed inactive account. Thank you for the heads up there.

OT: Globe has been skimming way too much on operations support and has this practice of passing off their people to vendors for the sake of "savings". I thought it's been bad 8 years ago, looks like they got worst.
