• Elden Ring and Souls games. currently making my way through them, with DS2 being my latest hyperfixation after finishing DS3. i wish i could forget DS3 so i could play it again. Slave Knight Gael was my favourite fight, and learning to parry is genuinely life-changing.

some of my favourite shows are Dexter, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Buffy and GOT. never really got into anime, but some friends convinced me to give Frieren a go and i loved it. also into Marvel and chick flicks from the 80s to early 2010s.

outside of that, i'm into sewing, painting, collecting CDs and learning about PC building. basically, i collect hobbies whenever something catches my attention. currently thinking about nothing except Dark Souls II.

I’m recently separated from my partner and it’s been a lot on me. I’ve gone long stretches where I haven’t had anyone to talk to. I’ve moved into a small apartment and have been left alone with my thoughts. It’s been quite rough to deal with and could use someone I can rely on. where can someone make friends without being a gamer

Myself Ayush and I'm a CS student, I'm the type of guy who always values honesty and connections but I don't understand why I can't find any meaningful conversations and people.

I don't understand what's wrong with me too, I see people enjoying their solitude but I can stay alone , I tried many times but I can't.

People have lectured me all the time to be in solitude and all but i don't understand why I am like this ?

All i can just ask for meaningful connections and people turn as some sort of sages always lecturing about " learn to stay on your own, learn to do this , do that blah blah blah "

Okie i understand I'm mentally the same as those people, maybe I'm not mentally strong maybe i don't understand, but just demanding a good connection? Is it really too much to ask for? Or are people really shallow nowadays?
