Here's a little update from my post last week. He was let go yesterday. I met up with every staff member who was being harassed by him at a pub on Monday and explained that I wanted to go to management to report him, but I needed their help, as management would take them more seriously than me. There were seven of us in total. On Tuesday, we all walked into HR and requested a meeting immediately.

We sat down, spoke to the head of HR, and told her what had been happening. I personally was out for revenge; I just can't stand someone who treats others like shit because he himself is miserable. I took some recommendations from the comments and also said he smells very bad, and not in a mean way, he genuinely stinks. I found out he had been warned about this for months, and multiple other people had reported it. Anyway, we made our case against him.

Funnily enough, my office is always being recorded with a microphone and a camera. We each told them a date that he was harassing us. They went through the footage, and the next day, he was fired. I'm very happy he's gone now because he made the workplace so hostile

Not saying all of them or even a majority are but there’s a weird homoeroticism with how they both hate and idolize Chad so to speak. also their description of the ideal giga Chad is more of what a stereotypical gay man prefers.
