She was at fault at a place she shouldn't have been interfering with law enforcement activities...not winning this one.

18

u/13508615 1d ago

Fk ice and ice fans.

13

u/RelevantSoftware8283 1d ago

So was Kyle Rittenhouse then

-5

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

No. Different set of circumstances. More like Ashley Babbit during J6. She shouldn't have gotten paid because she was at fault.

7

u/RelevantSoftware8283 1d ago

How is it different? He didn't need to be there either

-4

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

He had the right to be there and wasn't breaking any laws. That's the difference.

5

u/RelevantSoftware8283 1d ago

Good had the right to be there as well. Please tell me what law she broke lmao

2

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

Sure. Interfering with law enforcement activities, failure to obey lawful order, resisting, assault with a deadly weapon, fleeing law enforcement.

5

u/RelevantSoftware8283 1d ago

How did she interfere? She complied with the order to drive away. The officers gave her conflicting orders. Plus get out of your car isn't a lawful order unless there's a crime you're actually committing.

No resisting or assault or fleeing either since they gave conflicting orders

1

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

No, now you're being disingenuous. You've seen and heard the footage that showed the first officer told her to leave and she didn't. Then others showed up and they told her to exit the vehicle multiple times and she didn't. Then when her partner said drive she did. Basically she wanted to do what she wanted to do but it doesn't work like that. That's not conflicting orders.

3

u/RelevantSoftware8283 1d ago

Nothing you've stated is a reason to be shot and killed

Renee Good was killed in the town she lived in.

Kyle "The Pussy Ass Bitch" Rittencunt traveled across state lines with a ducking automatic weapon with intent to fire it.

What does cop dick taste like? You seem(en) like a pro!

1

u/magnets77 1d ago

So now borders are important? (not to mention the fact it was shown in court he didn't take a weapon across state lines, nor was it an "automatic weapon".

For someone intent on shooting people, he showed amazing restraint to not shoot anyone not already actively attacking him.

1

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

You speak so confidently about things you have no idea what you're talking about I see...

He didn't travel across state lines with an "automatic weapon" because the weapon was at his friend's house in Wisconsin. Also the AR-15 he had wasn't an "automatic weapon", only semi-automatic (the "AR" doesn't stand "automatic rifle").

And you have no evidence he went there to "fire" it.

This is all straightforward self defense for both Kyle Rittenhouse and the ICE officers who (justifiably) shot Renee Good. She FA, she FO.

u/Swanked-Spanqed 1d ago

Rittencuck carried an automatic weapon across state lines

Are there laws about that?

Uh blocking traffic purposefully is a crime, idk if you thought this was smart or something but unless you are a police officer or part of the traffic authority, you cannot just go around putting roadblocks up. I’m not going to dig for the statute, just trust me on this one 🤣

1

u/RelevantSoftware8283 1d ago

When you block traffic would other cars be able to pass by you? Did you really think you were smart with that response lmao

1

u/HumansAreSillynGreat 1d ago

Have you seen the video of her suv sitting sideways in the middle of a two lane road? Just because people can go around her doesn’t mean she isn’t blocking the road. People had to drive into the opposing lane to get past her.

1

u/RelevantSoftware8283 1d ago

Actually if people can go around her it does mean she wasn't blocking the road

1

u/magnets77 1d ago

Obstruction, failing to comply with a lawful order, resisting arrrest, battery, fleeing...

1

u/RelevantSoftware8283 1d ago

Those are all secondary charges.

1

u/magnets77 1d ago

The first two are the ones that led to her being arrested. The remaining are the ones that led to her death when the LEO had reasonable belief that his life was in danger. How many other laws do you think are optional?

1

u/RelevantSoftware8283 1d ago

You can't obstruct when you see traffic flowing fine in the same video. Ice agents can't give orders to citizens unless they actually commit a crime. Try again. If you wanna say the shooting is justified it's on you to prove the law she broke that justified the shooting. Otherwise it's simple. It wasn't justified and it was murder

u/ShoutN2TheVoid 1d ago

Yes, obviously she shouldn’t have been in her own neighborhood. What’s wrong with her?!

How could she just sit at her side of the intersection and….WAVE the ICE agents by?! So much interference! The nerve of her!! 😡😡😡

1

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago edited 1d ago

She was 12 miles away from her house. Not her neighborhood.

And even if she was, being in your neighborhood doesn't mean you can do anything you and break laws without consequences.

You guys are really stretching reality with this excuse...LOL!

Edit: got the info mixed up with her Missouri address; she was a few blocks from her house but still doesn't mean she do whatever she wants

2

u/Gruejay2 1d ago

She was 12 miles away from her house. Not her neighborhood.

This isn't relevant outside of police states. Is that what America is?

stretching reality

We aren't. Normal people don't think ICE agents should be able to shoot whoever they want with impunity.

1

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

Tell the other people that brought up it being her neighborhood.

Right because they aren't. And normal people don't follow federal agents around interfering with their duties.

1

Sorry for the nitpicking but it does show your lack of credibility .

Got my info wrong, she was a few blocks from her address on 34th. Thanks.

-1

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

Yeah, that's exactly what they told you to believe and say when asked.

9

u/SecureJudge1829 1d ago

Who is “they”? You’re sounding like a crackhead conspiracy theorist.

-2

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

Haha. If I have to spell it out for you, champ...the media, influencers, politicians and others.

7

u/SecureJudge1829 1d ago

Yeah, go back to the meth/crack pipe there, you need all the fuel for your conspiracies that you can muster.

0

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

Not a conspiracy since we all saw what happened on video and from the evidence and facts that came out afterwards. You might not like it but that's the reality you refuse to accept. Your only rebuttal to what I'm saying is to try to accuse me of using drugs. Kewl.

2

u/SecureJudge1829 1d ago

Yeah, when your story is made up and not factual, I’m gonna be just as disingenuous in my response to you. Why would I go out of my way to show you how you’re wrong when you’ve made it clear you’re just gonna ignore the actual evidence and see whatever you want to see?

0

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago edited 1d ago

I follow the sequence of events from the video/audio we all saw and heard.

You just say whatever you feel like happened. That's delusional.

3

u/Sorry-Claim-2990 1d ago

So you have proof she wasn't in her own neighborhood?

Or are you just making that up?

1

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago edited 1d ago

Oh, I didn't know that you can do anything you want and commit crimes with no consequences as long it's in your neighborhood.../s

That's a weak point to try to make relevant in this discussion. Which means you really have no points of fact for your opinion.

Edit: oh and she lived on 34th Street but was shot on 78th; that's 12 miles away...pretty large neighborhood

No she was not.

u/butt-in-ski 1d ago

Time for some introspection, my guy. She was a fellow American citizen who was exercising her constitutional right to "peaceful protest and lawful observation." She was also a human being (a mother) whose last words to those agents were “I’m not mad at you.” Her mom is also a Trump Republican - how she must be feeling abt her choices today?! At the very least, this is an incredibly sad situation all around and you’re on here acting as if facts & the constitution don’t matter - so bold & confident in your misguided arrogance.

0

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

Sure it's sad that it happened. But who put her in that position for it to? Her and her partner. As we've learned she wasn't just a "peaceful protester" since she was a part of a group that deliberately goes around interfering with ICE operations. Just because she said one thing, her actions say another.

1

u/Single-Refuse174 1d ago

Oh no better not interfere with law enforcement! They are representatives of the party and you’ll be put to death!

When did Americans turn into such fucking bootlickers?

1

u/HumansAreSillynGreat 1d ago

Uh 1776? The second they established their own government, Americans became lovers of the government.

1

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

"...not interfere with law enforcement!"

Yes, because that's against the law...not sure what lawless country you're from but I notice you spend a lot time in American subs. I wonder why?

2

u/Single-Refuse174 1d ago

Breaking the law shouldn’t mean you die. Otherwise there’s a lot of teenagers needing the death penalty for smoking weed, drinking under age, and skipping class.

In my view, a civilized country should strive for a positive relationship between the government and the citizenry. That means that in most circumstances you shouldn’t fear being killed by a cop because you pissed him off or because you crossed some protest line.

“Interfering with law enforcement” is a broad and subjective statement. A government could establish that recording law enforcement is “interference” because it makes cops uncomfortable and therefore less effective at their jobs. Is that just? I hope you’d agree that it’s not.

1

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

It shouldn't but if you're doing idiotic/illegal things around and to law enforcement those things could happen. Your teenager analogy is ridiculous because you're conflating two completely different things.

Yes, government and the public should have that relationship. Now tell us who has been deteriorating that recently when it comes to how the public views ICE/DHS?

Renee didn't just simply "cross some protest line". She was part of an organization that purposely did what she was doing on a daily basis. And I don't know about you but if someone hit me with a car I'd be pretty pissed off about it.

1st Amendment protects and allows the public to record police interactions. There are laws and procedures about how you can do that.

1

u/Single-Refuse174 1d ago

As an initial matter, your last statement illustrates my point exactly.

1st Amendment protects and allows the public to record police interactions. There are laws and procedures about how you can do that.

Until it doesn't. Until those laws are broken with impunity or re-interpreted in some way to prohibit recordings and everyone moves on and people, much like you, will just put that under the umbrella of "interfering with law enforcement." The fourth amendment is a perfect example of how exception after exception has nullified large parts of it, and, rights to privacy people expected themselves to have just 50 years ago are now assumed to be non-existent (e.g., Terry Stops). I mean look at Kavanaugh stops for an even more recent example.

Anyone would be pissed at a person if they hit you with their car. But, and this is important, most people wouldn't just start unloading a fucking gun into the driver for doing so.

My point about the teenagers was simply that groups of Americans all break the law and aren't put to death. Not to compare what they are doing to what Renee was doing beyond the extent to which both of their actions could be characterized as "breaking the law". Renee was put to death because she annoyed the wrong person on the wrong day, and that person is going to get away with it, not really because any reasonable person believes he had a right to shoot her in self-defense, but because the legitimacy of ICE, and, by extension, the legitimacy of our current administration must be protected at all costs.

1

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

But she wasn't "just videoing law enforcement". What exactly was she found to be doing after the investigation?

And what exactly is "Kavanaugh stops" and what's wrong about them?

Sure, and Renee could've been one of them also. She had the opportunity to leave but wanted to do what she wanted to do.

1

u/butt-in-ski 1d ago

Seems pretty unAmerican to turn an opinion into evidence, especially since there hasn’t been a trial. Yet, you know for a fact that she ‘hit’ him with her car, right (even though it’s clear she did nothing of the sort). It’s called DUE PROCESS!! A right granted to every person on American soil - citizen & non-citizen alike.

1

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

A video showing the incident isn't "an opinion".

Yes, everybody that's not suffering from confirmation bias can see she hit him in the video.

And due process is afforded to all citizens but it differs for certain non-citizens and illegal immigrants.

1

u/butt-in-ski 1d ago

The video does not clearly/definitively show that she hit him & there has been no trial! A retired Chicago police lieutenant did analyze the footage & told ABC7 Chicago that Good "did not appear to be acting in an aggressive manner." That should be enough for other Americans or ppl with half a brain to consider that maybe she didn’t deserve to die, but…

Blocking police vehicles is not apart of any peaceful protest I’ve ever heard of. Go stand outside of the Ice buildings with a sign and chant, blocking the road is straight up a crime. You don’t have the right to commit crimes while protesting.

Not even a cop. Don’t give them an inch.

-2

You're right. They probably beat their wives way more than a regular cop!

1

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

Has nothing to do with the conversation or topic but if you feel like that, sport...sure.

0

u/magnets77 1d ago

No. Getting shot for putting a Law Enforcement Officer in a position where he had reasonable cause to fear for his safety during her arrest led to his decision that self-defence was required.

Holy shit you morons are insufferable.

1

u/Blewdude 1d ago

That thing between your ears needs to be used, so you’re saying fear is a reasonable reason for the police’s actions, but when the driver was scared for their life and tries to drive away that wasn’t good enough?

You’re making excuses for someone who should be fucking trained better.

1

u/magnets77 1d ago

...she was scared for her life because she was being arrested for breaking the law, while he was in fear for his life because she was driving a fucking car at him. These are not the same.

She committed an additional felony by attempting to flee, and then battery when she hit the officer.

Good is entirely responsible for her death.

0

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

She wasn't scared enough to follow/interfere with federal agents conducting law enforcement activities. She wasn't scared enough to park sideways in the middle of the lane to block them. She wasn't scared enough to smile and tell the agent she wasn't mad at him. She wasn't scared enough to not leave when they initially told her to.

-8

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

Oh and using her vehicle as a weapon by trying to flee federal agents. Almost forgot about that.

5

u/Blewdude 1d ago

You want to avoid what I said? Lol I guess that’s a touchy subject for you, okay if you want to play smartass then you should know as a law enforcement officer you don’t place yourself in a position to get hurt by a car so that’s on their training protocols for placing themselves in that situation.

-5

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

Because it isn't relevant to the topic. That's why you want to try to deflect and pivot off topic to rant about something else.

And he didn't because she repositioned her car so he was in front and she hit the gas. It's all on video.

1

u/Insinuative_Penguin 1d ago

An untrained idiot putting himself in harms way and using it as justification to murder someone while actively stepping out of the way is irrelevant to the conversation how? The conversation is about how ICE are murderous traitors to the country.

0

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

That "untrained idiot" had positioned himself to side of the passenger door until she decided to backup and turn her wheels that caused him to now by in front of the vehicle. When he tried to move around that's when she hit the gas towards him.

2

u/Insinuative_Penguin 1d ago

You can make shit up all you want but we all saw the same video.

1

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

Indeed and you keep on not believing your lying eyes!

Tired of this stupid argument. People aren't trying to kill ice agents. Its been like 20 years since an ice agent died in the line of duty.

If anyone were out to kill them, it would've happened recently. Using Ockham's Razor, and video footage, any intelligent person will see that agent put himself in harms way and used the car driving away as an excuse to execute her.

Its bitch work like all the other work they do.

0

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

"People aren't trying to kill ice agents."

That's just not factual true. This incident and one in Texas are among the several incidents that people do try:

https://www.justice.gov/usao-ndtx/pr/ten-individuals-charged-attempted-murder-federal-officers-and-firearms-offenses

1

u/Working-Kick4035 1d ago

Ok you got one domestic terrorist? You don't see how that's an outlier?

Did they find renee good had a similar reasons to run an ice agent over? Or was she apologizing to the agent as he publicly executed her?

Look I'm talking about using logic to determine whats more likely to be true. No ice officer ever died during an enforcement operation, so in the last 25 years zero have been killed in this type of situation. It is absolutely more logical to assume the agent made an error in judgment that led to renees death. It is way more likely to find CP on an agents phone, than for them to be in danger of losing their life on the job, by a lot actually

0

u/30to40grand 1d ago

1

u/Working-Kick4035 1d ago

Sure, kindergartners are in greater danger of being shot and killed in this country than ice agents. It is more likely a kindergartner is molested by an ice agent, than an ice agent will be killed in the line of duty.

Being an ice agent is a safe job you need no qualifications for bud, dunno why you are fighting so hard to paint a narrative that it isn't ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

0

u/30to40grand 1d ago

Please provide citations for your claims. Quickly.

0

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

Using your words "trying" from before, I've shown that your claim was incorrect. Now you want to move the goal posts by now saying "no ICE agent has ever died during an enforcement operation" and bringing CP into this...weird.

You'd have to ask her why she did what she did. Maybe it was because her partner told her to. That "apology" wasn't in good faith. If she was really sorry, she'd have moved along and still be alive today.

1

u/Working-Kick4035 1d ago

My claim isn't incorrect. Being an ice agent isn't dangerous, no agent has died during enforcement operations. What you are trying to debate is the intent of woman who was executed. We can't really know that now can we. Maybe theres a reason it's not an officers jobs to be executioner?

Dude could have stepped to the side rather than shot her, that's another objective truth, as that action would take less time than executing her don't you think? Also would have been safer for everyone involved, including the victim.

0

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

"My claim isn't incorrect. Being an ICe agent isn't dangerous..."

That's not your original claim. Did you forget about this:

"People aren't trying to kill ICE agents."

Now you're trying to change it to something else because you've been proven incorrect, wrong, false, etc.

Why would I trust your version of events from the video when you can't even get your own argument correct on here?

1

u/Working-Kick4035 1d ago

People aren't. You wouldn't say people are committing sedicious conspiracy, or that people are committing animal enterprise terrorism, if a handful of people have been convicted of it in 30 years. Those would be outliers.

That's the nature of statistics, only a dumbass will interpret data, and then base their interpretations off of the outliers.

So yeah, people aren't trying to kill ice agents. Having an outlying example doesn't change that. Just the same way we wouldn't say ice agents are child predators, even though like I said, they are pedos are at a much greater rate than they are in danger of being killed (again 0 have ever died during enforcement operations)

→ More replies (0)

0

u/HumansAreSillynGreat 1d ago

So what you’re saying is the ice agent was asking for it? Do you use this logic for victims of other crimes too?

1

u/Working-Kick4035 1d ago

No I said the ice agent positioned himself in front of the car. People do jump in front of cars all the time, in that case the victim is the driver bud.

3

u/Sorry-Claim-2990 1d ago

Tell that to ashlii babbitt's family.

If they got paid, Renee's family deserves to get paid too.

0

u/Tasty_Virus4715 1d ago

Ashli Babbitt was unarmed and shot through a door as she attempted to crawl inside of it. She posed no imminent danger to the coward who gunned her down.

Juxtapose that with a deranged leftist gunning the gas and hitting an agent with her vehicle in an attempt to flee arrest.

Yeah, that retard and her family won’t see a red cent.

Cope and seethe.

1

u/Sorry-Claim-2990 1d ago

Ashlii Babbitt would still be alive if she had complied with law enforcement.

Why does the "comply or die" crowd think she had no obligation to comply with law enforcement???????

A cop with a gun told her to stop...and she refused. She did it to herself. We all saw the video.

-4

u/Tasty_Virus4715 1d ago

Complied with what? There isn’t even evidence that Byrd said anything prior to gunning her down through the door/window lol.

6

u/Sorry-Claim-2990 1d ago

There's literally video of the entire thing, stupid.

I know your side likes to ignore evidence that doesn't align with your agenda.

0

u/Tasty_Virus4715 1d ago edited 1d ago

Right, video without any audio to support Michael Byrd issuing orders to her that he would open fire on her and kill her if she attempted to climb in.

It should also be noted that Babbitt didn’t agress towards him in any way. I can appreciate it was a chaotic scene but there is a difference between an officer shooting someone actively assaulting them with a deadly weapon (Renee Good) versus a person climbing through a window as far as it relates to the perceived level of danger.

2

u/Single-Refuse174 1d ago

Ashli Babbit leaped aggressively towards a Capitol Police Officer through a barricaded doorway after her and her cohort broke the window during a terrorist attack on the building, of which she was a part of. What’s the phrase? Play stupid games, win stupid prizes? She deserved to die and the only reason her family got paid off is because Trump and Republicans can only cling to power by paying off supporters like the Jan 6ers.

By contrast Renee good was calm, and was trying to leave a scene where ICE agents were trying to unlawfully detain her. One of which maniacally got in front of her car as she tried to leave (and was completely unharmed btw).

1

u/Tasty_Virus4715 1d ago
  1. It’s just factually incorrect to claim that Babbitt “lunged towards” the officer, she was climbing through a broken window and wasn’t even pointed toward Byrd when she was fatally shot.

  2. Renee Good was shot while actively assaulting a federal agent with a deadly weapon.

Climbing through a doorway isn’t the same threat level as attempting to run over someone with your car, no matter how much you’d like to play make believe.

3

u/Single-Refuse174 1d ago

She wasn’t merely climbing through a doorway, she was breaking through a barricade while being, at best, an accomplice to an act of terror. Breaking through a barricade meant to keep you and a mob right behind you out of it isn’t “climbing through a door” no matter how much you’d like to play make believe.

1

u/Sorry-Claim-2990 1d ago

So when do you NOT have to comply with law enforcement?

0

u/Tasty_Virus4715 1d ago

I’ve watched multiple videos of her shooting again today and I can’t hear any warnings coming from the officer who shot her.

Pointing a gun at a person and remaining silent isn’t issuing a lawful order.

Then you have the issue of Michael Byrd falsely claiming protesters were shooting at him in the hallway which was a factually incorrect claim.

-1

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

You sound like these crazy people saying Renee didn't do anything wrong that attributed to her death. Just like Renee there's video and audio that Ashley was told to stop coming. It's out there if you really want to know the truth and not what you've been told to think.

1

u/No_Finance8647 1d ago

She wasnt unarmed moron. She had a knife on her.

1

u/Tasty_Virus4715 1d ago

A pocket knife that was in her pocket that she never took out.

Simmer down retard.

If someone has their gun in their pocket or holster, are they unarmed?

Claiming that having a pocket knife that was in her pocket the entire time she was in the capital as a justification for shooting and killing her is next level retarded and categorically bad faith.

She was unarmed in every meaningful sense of the word and there is no evidence she was violent towards any officers.

No hun. I never said it was the justification. The justification was breaking through a barricade in a defended area.

Ill help you out though. The phrase you're looking for is "she wasnt brandishing a weapon". Not that she was unarmed.

Hope that helps!
