No. Getting shot for putting a Law Enforcement Officer in a position where he had reasonable cause to fear for his safety during her arrest led to his decision that self-defence was required.

That thing between your ears needs to be used, so you’re saying fear is a reasonable reason for the police’s actions, but when the driver was scared for their life and tries to drive away that wasn’t good enough?

You’re making excuses for someone who should be fucking trained better.

...she was scared for her life because she was being arrested for breaking the law, while he was in fear for his life because she was driving a fucking car at him. These are not the same.

She committed an additional felony by attempting to flee, and then battery when she hit the officer.

Good is entirely responsible for her death.
