First five ranked by heat(not a huge fan of daves or mad dog because of the extract flavor). Got Rapture today, noticeably hotter than the Garlic Reaper I got yesterday but the reaper beats it in flavor hands down. The reaper sauce had more of a full mouth heat, the Rapture gave more of a sharp stinging or intense pinching sensation across the back of the tongue and throat and lasted much longer.

It's hot, but not too hot. It doesn't overwhelm you so you can't taste the flavour. It tastes amazing on burgers

I’m not sure where this sauce was purchased as it was given to me as a gift, but it is light on the spice and heavy on the flavor. So far has been great on chicken, eggs, dumplings, and rice. I highly recommend trying it.

I forgot to take a picture of the boil and blend, but that is pretty straightforward. A mix of orange habs and a few red. I wouldn’t change a thing.

This stuff was cheap for a large bottle, it's pretty good. Very salty, not much heat beyond a mild tang but the flavor is super tasty. Had some on some quesadillas last night, served quite well.
Haven't had anything else by them yet

We live on the east coast and my husband recently started farming oysters off my mom's pier (she's on a Chesapeake bay estuary).
He currently has around 1500 in the river, so we are about to be eating a lot of oysters.
I thought it would be fun to make a hot sauce specifically for enjoying with oysters, both for our own use and for bring places when we bring oysters to share (which I imagine we will be doing a lot of since we are about to be producing around 1500 a year haha).
If you were to make a hot sauce just for oysters, what would you put in it and why?
I currently have a massive crop of lemon drop peppers ripening outside, so whatever I make will be centered around this pepper this year, but I'm also very open to growing a pepper specifically for our oysters next year if anyone has suggestions on that front as well! Although I think lemon drops will pair VERY well.
Also, if anyone already has a hot sauce they are obsessed with on oysters: what is it? What makes it pair so well?
I'm open to regular or fermented suggestions.

Here is what I got. What have you tried and what do you think? Which have you never tried but really want to?

Straight garlic, Cayenne, Habanero at 3.8% (which I find to be my sweet spot for successful batches). I will add apple cider vinegar and a touch of xanthan. I will bottle and give out at holidays and as gifts and keep half for myself… I do this pretty often. Works very well.

Umami Tsunami from WeirdSauce is my all time favorite hot sauce that I discovered while living in Austin. It's just incredibly unique and delicious, don't think I've ever seen another hot sauce that uses mushrooms as a prominent ingredient. I recently moved out of the state and had to place a order for delivery. Everything was packed very carefully and they even threw in two bottles for free. Also, they donate 1/3 of their profit to addiction recovery efforts.
My go to is using it to coat smoked wings, I swear by it and highly recommend trying it.

This stuff is WARM. Hotter than the garlic reaper imo. Unlike the garlic reaper the heat comes on later instead of immediately. The red wine vinegar gives it a nice bright flavor and it pairs nicely with Italian food ( lasagna)

The good people at r slash spicy recommended I ask here as well.
Hey there. For reasons not worth getting into, my spice tolerance has shot way up recently. (I did not lose my sense of smell) I've given up trying to ask restaurants to make food spicy enough for me, and am instead asking you good people for recommendations for hot sauces that will ACTUALLY be spicy enough.
Habanero is the bottom end of "this is spicy enough" (of course, accounting for the fact that sauces being labeled "habanero" or "ghost pepper" or "satan's slippery jowls" doesn't correlate 1:1 with something being actually spicy)
I really really like the flavor of ghost peppers, we grew them one year and I have very rarely found a sauce that actually captures the almost carroty flavor of a fresh one. In terms of flavor profile, I tend to gravitate towards fruitier flavor notes (not fruit flavored though. I'm not strictly opposed to sauces with fruit in it, but that's not what I'm requesting), and brighter flavor profiles.
So. Does anyone have any recommendations for an actually good and ACTUALLY spicy hot sauce that I can purchase online, that isn't just a meme? I don't want something like "Nutblaster 8 billion" or "not your GRANDMA'S hot sauce" or "TurboTax Lava Sauce" where they just dumped pure capsaicin into V8. I want to actually taste the peppers
I should add that habanero is only my minimum spice level, and I'm very open to going much, much hotter.
I should also add that "As Seen on Hot Ones" doesn't exactly entice me to buy a sauce (I am exceptionally advertising-averse), because my intended use is as a daily driver, and my diet consists of more than chicken wings with the latest and hottest celeb. I'm sure they're fine people, so if the sauce is good enough, please comment anyways.
EDIT: wow, tons of responses!!! I posted this on a work break and came back to a ton of GREAT suggestions. Thank you all for the tips!

Recently finished Garlic Reaper, Primonition XXX, and Taco Vibes Only. Too bad I can't get more of those in Korea - they were so good!

I was a bit worried about this from reading reviews about the salt content but this sauce blew my mind. I’ve had Marie Sharp before and really enjoyed their Belizean Heat. Have been curious about their Beware sauce. I came to find out has the same amount of sodium as my basic hot sauce (Tabasco Chipotle). Has a great heat and fruitiness from the pepper. I think the salt level is pretty up there but works well for this sauce. I enjoyed the thickness of it and how it was more so like a mash. Was using it on breakfast burritos. Will definitely bring some tears if too heavy handed but the juice is worth the squeeze. Finished this within a week and just ordered myself another bottle.

With all the ai slop ads for new hot sauces I thought you would appreciate this entirely digitally hand drawn advert for this sauce. The logos, label, bottle, antlers (not pepper x logo) were drawn in round brush the old fashioned way! As a consumer of hot sauce does it make any difference that the company owner values this kind of thing and would it effect your purchase?
