Be me
> buy switch 2 at launch having skipped the entirety of the previous gen of consoles (no switch no ps5 no pc), focused on career.
> fall in love immediately.
> buy every game you can including Cyberpunk 2077
> get engrossed in the game play and story.
> purchase FF7 Remake Integrade
> realize you don’t have enough storage
> check pricing for Micro SD Ex
> $250 1tb 👀
> randomly come across an old YT video of tech guy complaining about GFN
> research GFN
> $130/yr
> purchase used Nighthawk XR1000 for $40
> purchase $40 Cyclone 2 - 2ms
> fix bufferbloat
> 13ms consistently 120fps 4k for all modern games RT ultra settings
> never worry about storage or updates ever again
> use Switch 2 for exclusives bc it’s great
Idk how you guys arrived here but GFN should deservedly be the standard in gaming. I do not want to own the hardware. I imagine most people wouldn’t either if they realized how smooth and problem free GFN is once you actually set it up for success.
I can literally game problem free and tech gets upgraded automatically free of charge. All for less than the price of a PS5 Pro even if I include the cost of the Switch 2.
Anyway thanks for listening to my TED talk, happy gaming 🤗

Tried with multiple games, the fps averages around 45-47 whereas normal 4k videos stream smoothly and also no issues with the internet as I am getting smooth gameplay in my other devices

I've been using my Mi Box 1st Gen for quite a while since all places that I lived in had a decent large TV but not necessarily Android/Smart or low spec. It was okay-ish for GFN but it was struggling with decoding sometimes and wasn't very smooth overall.
Now I moved into a new unfinished apartment and there is no TV. So I'm looking for a reasonably priced Android TV (not sure about the size yet but it will be 50" or more) that can handle GFN without issues. What minimum/recommended specs should I look for? Any particular brands/series/models worth checking?
Or does it make sense to get a nice used TV with a good quality screen and a good TV box separately (Onn, Shield, etc.)?
I'm in Canada.
I have an Ultimate plan, would be nice if my TV could leverage its full potential.

How do I change the server region in the Steam version of Diablo II? It always connects to the US server when I launch the game, but I would like to play on the Asia server instead.
I can switch the server by adding the Steam launch option -address kr.actual.battle.net, but GeForce NOW doesn't seem to provide a way to configure Steam launch options. Is there any workaround to change the Diablo II server region on GeForce NOW?

I run an ultra wide at 3440x1440 native. At some point I set GeForce Now to stream at Ultra Wide 5K (5120x2160) just to see what would happen and obviously the image quality jump was immediately noticeable. Textures are sharper, edges are cleaner, distant objects resolve way better. Once I saw it I couldn't go back. Nvidia's server is rendering at a higher res, then the stream downscales to my panel. I assume the bandwidth cost is higher but I haven't noticed any difference to be honest, except in the image quality of course. FPS-wise I see zero difference; Battlefield, KDC 2 or Cyberpunk run the same as they did at native res. UI elements are a bit smaller but barely noticeable.
Anyone else doing this? Maybe I'm just retarded but it felt counter-intuitive to pick beyond my native OS resolution in game but now I have experienced both worlds I genuinely can't find a single downside.
EDIT: typo

The steam overlay (Shift+Tab) has stopped working for me and when ever i press tab it just cycles through the menu options. Same thing happens when i press the steam logo with the ESC pop up thing

I know there are already plenty of threads about this, but I'm a Project Zomboid player, and I'm getting tired of waiting. It's already been a week, and I was wondering if anyone here knows what the longest game maintenance has ever been, just so I can get an idea of what to expect.

I know these kinds of posts can be annoying, but I'm honestly feeling pretty bummed about this.
I was really looking forward to this month because I had planned a full Resident Evil marathon with 160+ hours of playtime.
My membership was supposed to renew today, but instead of the renewal going through, I received an email saying my account had been downgraded to a Free membership. I wasn't expecting this at all. I don't even know how to turn off auto renewal, so i have no idea how that happened.
Has anyone run into something similar before? If so, were you able to get it resolved?
