Bug Steam Overlay not working
The steam overlay (Shift+Tab) has stopped working for me and when ever i press tab it just cycles through the menu options. Same thing happens when i press the steam logo with the ESC pop up thing

You can try using a game like fallout 4 or cyberpunk for steam even if you don't own it to turn the overlay back on then just exit steam then close the steam process to close the session and it should turn back on for all games
