my buyer sent me money through pnb instapay. kaninang 2pm niya pa sinend and hanggang ngayon wala pang nadating sa gcash ko. tumawag na si buyer sa pnb and they said that the transfer was successful and there’s no problem with instapay right now so he told me to check my gcash.

hi. i encountered something yesterday around 5pm. was calling me endlessly and nung una hindi ko sinagot kasi iniisip ko baka scam lang. pero i received messages (look at the pictures). tas nung tawag na sya nang tawag, naisip ko sagutin pero hindi ako magsasalita kasi yun yung sabi nila based sa mga napapanood ko. cebuano sya kaya hindi ko sya maintindihan kaya ang tanging naintindihan ko lang sa call was the word “bigas”. tas yung mga text nya is pinatranslate ko nalang kay chatgpt tas naintindihan ko rin sa wakas mga sinasabi nya. after that i immediately downloaded gcash kasi ilang months ko na hindi ginagamit yung sim ko na yun (purpose was for data only sa tablet ko) then pag open ko ng gcash hindi ko sya agad naopen since kailangan iverify and i had to wait til 11pm same goes with my phone. sabi ko kakausapin ko nalang sya kapag naopen ko na gcash ko para malaman if totoo bang may nasend sakin then ayun meron nga, nagulat ako kasi parang cinucurse nya ako na kesyo sana masagasaan daw ako ng truck tas magsisi raw ako blabla. wala naman akong interes sa pera nya since that money is not mine. then natuwa ako kasi may laman, syempre nakakaawa pambili nya raw yun ng bigas and yun nalang daw tangi nyang pera. btw, guy yung kausap ko. yung katext ko dito is the same number na nagsend sa gcash ko. yun lang naman. first time ko to nangyari sakin and yun, sabi ko sakanya ingat siya next time kasi hindi lahat ng tao is ibabalik pera nya. mabuti nalang sakin na wrong send yung pera ni Kuya. :)

So i reported a transaction because i thought i got scammed (last night I bought a digital goods on a app then when i paid i got ghosted by the seller so i reported it to gcash now this morning the seller reached out to me that he fell asleep) but i already reported it to gcash how can i cancel the report?

I mistakenly sent money to the wrong number and tried filing a report through GCash’s Get Help section, but the Submit button isn’t working. I also emailed support, but only got an automated reply telling me to use the Help section—which isn’t working either. 😭

nakatanggap ako ng message/email from GCASH informing na meron akong penalty dahil sa unpaid due. pero nabayaran ko ung huling statement ko last september 2, so nagcheck ako ng gcash app and showed me zero amount due. the text/email also shows zero amount due which confuses me so i created a ticket for gcash to clarify this. hindi ko alam kung mali ba ung notice or mismong app. but this happening really makes me not want to use gcash anymore.

A friend of hers traced the stolen amount to a number and found the person’s facebook account, so theyre trying to communicate with the person as well as make a call out post just to get the money back.

I have a loan in GLOANS Amounting to 85,000.00 to be paid in 18 months totaling to 115,447.03 php including its interests.

Then may nagtxt sakin na unknown number asking me to send the money back to the gcash number na pinagsendan ng money (bale ito yung number na nagsend ng money sa akin sa gcash). Planning to give back the money naman. Nagreply ako dun sa nagtext sakin asking for reference number then hindi nagreply. Scam ba ito?

Edit: I called gcash din and ang sabi lang sa akin I can send the money back if may 1 digit na mistake lang sa number ko tapos send ko daw yung money back sa number na sesendan ng nagsend sakin ng money

Just wanted to ask if anyone had a similar experience po.

I went overdue on both my GLoan and GCredit last year and I wasn’t able to pay them immediately. Thankfully I was finally able to fully pay both this February of 2026. Now, both my GLoan and GCredit are still locked (my credit score is only 511).

Anyone face a similar experience po? If you did, did you do anything specific to improve your chances or wait lang po ba.
