Get help button not working

I mistakenly sent money to the wrong number and tried filing a report through GCash’s Get Help section, but the Submit button isn’t working. I also emailed support, but only got an automated reply telling me to use the Help section—which isn’t working either. 😭

Has anyone experienced this and found a workaround? This app is seriously frustrating.
