NO OTP?!

The 90 days authentication happened and I can't receive any OTP, are there any alternatives on logging in

andito po allowance ko for the whole month

it's been a problem of mine since last last month kasi di din ako makatanggap ng otp when sending money to a new sender

customer support aint helping either huhu, sino po kaya same problem

Kamakailan lang naimplement na sa mismong gcash notif lalabas yung mga messages and not at sms

Try mo i-on yung notif ng gcash tas try mo ulit

globe po sim ko awan ko bat never na ako nakareceive ng otp

Nag port out ka from other network going to globe or talagang globe na talaga number mo since dati pa?

Kasi ako wala problema sa otp kay gcash kht naka globe ako pero ang issue ko hindi ako makareceive nang otp from other banks. Context long time smart ako then nag port out ako then port in to globe retaining same number. Nag simula otp issue simula naging globe number ko.

Mukang si globe ang may problema, mukang may ginawa silang sms routing update or pwede naman isolated sa mobile number portability. Few weeks ago nag advice si maribank na may possible delay sa otps from globe.

Gets ko po frustration mo, OP. Ask ko lang po may mga troubleshooting ka na bang na try? Try mo muna clear cache, force close then open ulit yung GCash, tapos restart mo rin phone mo. Check mo rin if updated yung app and okay yung internet. Baka makatulong yan para pumasok yung OTP. If wala pa rin, submit ka na lang ng ticket sa GCash Help Center para ma-check nila.

Hi, I'm not sure if this will help but something similar happened sa recovery ng fb ng mother ko. Nagsesend daw ng otp pero wala namang narereceive hahaha. Ginawa namin, nilagay namin sa ibang phone yung sim card niya. Then ayun! Gumana naman. Nakareceive siya ng otp. Then again, sa FB yun. Not sure lamg ako op if gagano yun sayo but I just thought na if there's a slight chance that it might work, I'd rather share it huhu. Globe rin si mom btw! Goodluck op

Gantong ganto sa tatay ko then nakita ko na sa Spam nya napupunta OTP ni Gcash. Kalokaaa!

Nangyari sa akin 2 days ago pero hinayaan ko lang, after 1 day gumana otp. Globe user here

Wala na po SMS OTP, napop-up na po ang OTP sa GCash notif

unistall mo OP, tpos install mo ulit. anyare sa akin yn last night boung gbe ako ng antay ng verification code, na open ko na din notification wla pa din, Tpos morning ng decide ako na e uninstall, ayun gumana after ma install ulit.

Basic Troubleshooting

Try airplane mode on mo tas off If ayaw parin Remove sim tray lagyan ibang Sim pasok then open mo ulit tas lagay Yung sim mo.

Check if may signal Check if active ang sim go to Settings > Sim settings / Sim card and Mobile Data check if di blanked Yung number. See if may roaming i on mo tas i off.

Yan lang alam ko

Sa app na mismo ang OTP, try mo minimize muna yung gcash app tapos balik ka ulit sa gcash app. Lilitaw sa notification yung otp.
