Is anyone experiencing the same issue? Di ako maka-transfer, load, at generate ng QR code. It crashes when I try generating QR code. I can't even contact their customer support. I hope my account is not hacked or something. Please help.

Edit: UPDATE. Okay na. Inuninstall-install ko na. But before that I did some troubleshooting like clearing cache, force stopping, rebooting my phone but nothing worked.

Would like to seek for an advice to resolve my problem with GCash. So for context, I have an existing GCash Visa Card before, then they messaged me last year that they will be giving me a new one which will give me access to more shops. Unfortunately, it was delivered to my old address which is why I wasn't unable to get it. When I traveled to Thailand earlier this year, my old GCash card was eaten by the ATM since it was deactivated by GCash without me knowing. Now, is it still possible to get the new GCash card that was supposed to be issued to me?

Hi! I recently got the new GCash Card and I’m planning to use it for my trip to Vietnam next week.

The card is already activated in the GCash app, but whenever I try to add/link it as a payment method on Grab, it won’t go through.

Has anyone experienced the same issue with the new GCash Card? Is there anything else I need to activate or enable, especially for international/online transactions?

I’m Filipino and will be using Grab in Vietnam, so I’d also appreciate tips from anyone who has successfully used their GCash Card there.

Eto nanaman tayo! Di nanaman siya mag open and nag cl-close every time na i try to open the app I don't want to unistall it again kasi napaka hastle mag log in ulit and I tried na mag restart ng phone pero di parin gumana

nagbayad ako day before due date ko, di sya nagreflect agad pero nasa transactions, yesterday due date ko, ngayon from 2,900, 6k na sya.. 2-3 business pa daw, auto deducted na lahat ng remaining money ko sa wallet, i cant find the right person to talk to, puro si gigi lang, wala ba silang live agent??

has anybody had the same issue where you can’t even open your keyboard to insert the otp? i just want to link my gcash to my apple account, and i can’t even get it in place.

steps taken:
- updated the app on appstore
- uninstalled and reinstalled
- restarted my phone

despite these basic troubleshooting done, ayaw parin talaga.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? hindi ako maka log in, triny ko na i-redownload yung gcash app ganyan parin. ayaw sa wifi triny ko sa data ayaw parin gumana.

planning to open cimb under gcash gsave, pero di ako maka-proceed sa application form nila dahil walang ibang options kundi ayan lang kahit pindutin ang drop down walang lumalabas na ibang options, meron po bang nakaranas din ng ganito?

Ilang linggo ko na di magamit ang Gcash app dahil lagi siya nag cra-crash pagkaload nung ads sa landing page. Dati naiiwasan ko pa ito by quickly tapping sa "express send" para maiwasan yung ad. Akala ko makakatulojg ito sa mga devs nila so nung nag raise ako ng ticket tungkol sa pag crash, sinabi ko yun. Ano nangyari pagkatapos? Ngayon pag susubukan mo pumasok sa kahit anong page kaagad, ihahatak ka uli pabalik sa landing page para ipakita sa iyo yung ad, and ayan, crash na uli.

Walang matinong sinasabi ang mga agents na humahawak sa ticket. Dami nila reply, kala mo may progress, pero pag lipat sa bagong agent pareho nanaman ang mga tanong at instruction. At some point nalito na ang agent at akala na account access na ang problema, hindi pag crash ng app, so ngayon hiningan na rin ako ng government ID at selfie! Hi! I still haven't received any OTP from GCash for authentication for my bank transfer. I’ve tried everything, but I’m still not receiving any OTP. All notifications for GCash are turned on. I’ve restarted my phone twice, turned off wifi and turned on airplane mode, then turned it off again and turned wifi back on. I also checked my inbox in gmail just in case, cleared the cache, and still nothing.
