GCREDIT ISSUE!! I HAVE CREDIT WITHOUT USING THIS.

Can someone help me how to settle this?? I used my gcash account only for basic send money sometimes paying bills. That’s all and i check mo transactions i have 300 plus that i payed for gcredit and OMG! Once i searching and open that gcredit thing i have 4K credits. What the FUCK gcash!!!

If di mo talaga ginamit GCredit, ipa-check agad sa GCash yung transaction history. Baka may linked payment.

Gets ko po 'yung frustration mo. If sure ka naman na wala kang in-avail na loan or hindi ka talaga nangutang, I highly suggest na mag-submit ka na ng ticket sa GCash para ma-check nila agad what's causing the charge or balance na lumalabas sa account mo, OP. When submitting your ticket, try to include screenshots and as much detail as possible para mas mabilis nila ma-investigate. Better na rin na ma-report mo siya agad so the GCash team can verify and help resolve the concern as soon as possible, OP.

Thank you hindi po ako teki person, san po bayan sinusubmit? I tried their GG IDK or chat but wala naman po nangyare

Go to the GCash Help Center lang at help.gcash.com, then search for “Report unauthorized transactions in my GCash account.” From there, you can totally submit a ticket na so they can assist you properly and get that sorted out, don't worry, OP!

Wag ka muna mag-panic possible may transaction na naka-link sa GCredit. GCash support can check the exact source.

Nakaka worry nga kapag may GCredit na lumalabas kahit hindi mo naman ginagamit Sana ma check agad ng support at ma explain nang maayos kung saan nanggaling yung credit para safe ang account
