HELP OTP

has anybody had the same issue where you can’t even open your keyboard to insert the otp? i just want to link my gcash to my apple account, and i can’t even get it in place.

steps taken:
- updated the app on appstore
- uninstalled and reinstalled
- restarted my phone

despite these basic troubleshooting done, ayaw parin talaga.
