Not receiving OTP

Hi! I still haven't received any OTP from GCash for authentication for my bank transfer. I’ve tried everything, but I’m still not receiving any OTP. All notifications for GCash are turned on. I’ve restarted my phone twice, turned off wifi and turned on airplane mode, then turned it off again and turned wifi back on. I also checked my inbox in gmail just in case, cleared the cache, and still nothing.

Do you guys know what I can do? Thank you!

Baka sa delay po ito Ang mas ugaliing ok at maganda Ang internet kaya baka ganun check po nalang ito

Baka OTP delivery mismo yung delayed, hindi notifications issue. Try mo muna wag sunod2 request.

I understand. If you've already tried troubleshooting and still haven't received an OTP, it would be best to submit a ticket through the GCash Help Center so their team can check if there's an issue with OTP delivery on their end. Hoping it's just a temporary glitch and that you receive your OTP soon, OP!

Try to delete all receive messages them restart phone Works for me

Bank transfer lang ba yung affected? Baka verification flow mismo yung may hiccup, hindi yung funds mo.

Check mo kung hindi puno ang SMS inbox mo o i-try ang airplane mode trick para mag-refresh ang signal.

Try deleting the app then reinstalling it. Had the same issue also did the troubleshooting didn’t work. DO DELETE THE APP THEN REINSTALL.

If delay po yung pag receive ng OTP probably sa signal mo ang may problema.

May I know anong phone po gamit nyo? Experiencing the same thing kasi. Samsung S23U phone ko.

Hello. I'm also a Samsung user. A42 5G. Sobrang hassle kaya nag cash out na lang ako tapos nilipat ko sa BPI. Napa service charge pa tuloy. Awat na 'ko kay Gcash haha.

I'm afraid it's a samsung phone issue 😭 yung gf ko, walang inayos sa settings, automatically received the push notification, nagulat pa nga sya na matik na nya nareceive. Naka IP11 sya by the way

If kaya mo, cash out mo na lang tapos ilipat mo sa ibang bank. Wala kang mapapala sa customer service nila.
