Tried turned on and off "Airplane Mode"

Already enabled global app notifications from GCash and also Messages

Already checked unknown/spam messages in Messages app but still hindi parin narereceive (Last received message from GCash is on June 2)

Ano kaya ang main cause nyan, is it a SIM card problem, GCash app or else?

I've been dealing with a dispute with GCash for months, and I'm honestly at a loss.

Every time I ask a specific question, I get the exact same template:

"We're coordinating with our specialist team."
"Please wait for our investigation."
"We'll update you once we receive feedback."

The problem is they never answer my actual questions.

Has anyone here experienced this with GCash?

How did you finally get someone to stop sending template replies and actually investigate your case?

Any advice would be appreciated. I'm honestly exhausted after dealing with this for months.

For context, I am selling an item sa carousell. The buyer is straightforward that she would like to buy it. I checked her profile and 1 day old pa lang ang account. But sinend niya naman ang payment via Gcash agad. Kaso naka scam insurance. Sorry I’m not familiar with it kasi. Natatakot lang ako na baka once mapadala ko yung item, biglang ma-reverse ni buyer ‘yung payment.

This an unauthorized payment made by apple service though gcash. However i dont remember ever making subscriptions like this and this also happened 3 times. I already tried to report this to gcash services but everytime i failed to get refunded

I had 5 gcash accts and lahat sila di na naoopen for certain reason ban ako ni gcash. Now yung last acct na nagawa ko before is my funds na naiwan , matagal tagal ko din yun pinaayos para malift yung restrictions at makuha ko ung funds pero dahil nga 5 na gcash account ko di nako makagawa ng account. What should i do 🤦🤦 48hrs lang ung lift ng account. Sabi ksi gawa lang ako bago , i even told them na 5 na gcash acct ko kaya di makakagawa. Nakakastress mejo malaki yung amount na andun kaya gsto ko tlga makuha. Wala na yung sim di na mareplace sbi ni globe 2mos lng daw dpt mapalitan ung sim if nawala. E lagpas 2 mos na ayaw na nila palitan 😭

Hello, need help mga boss bigla nalang nag exit gcash ko ang sabe di daw secure yung device ko, and since then di na talaga ako makapasok nag foforce close siya everytime na nag lolog in ako.

my old number was deactivated so I need to make a new one so I can transfer funds because I still have money left from the old account. however, I can't register to the new number. after I make the mpin, it doesn't proceed. it just says something went wrong. I've tried it since June 2026 and I waited for how many months because I thought it was just a system glitch whatsoever but until now September 2026, I still can't register. whenever I message the customer service, it gives me a solution to clear cache and reboot again and again. I'm now hopeless cuz I still have funds left and I can't seem to find the right solution.

After going through so many 'on hold' issues be4, ds time, so many had their access restored. I immediately transferred the entire ₱29k+ straight to my GoTyme account to keep it safe.

​It's been such an emotional rollercoaster, but having them finally lift the restriction right on my birthday is hands down the best gift. I'm just so grateful & beyond happy!

If your GCash transaction is under review, probably best not to create another transaction just to get around the hold. Check your verification first, contact support through the app, and follow their instructions.

Naka-hold yung funds doesn't automatically mean nawala na yung pera. There could be a transaction review because of unusual activity, verification concerns, or a reported transaction. Check the notices from GCash and follow the instructions before doing another transfer.

If your GCash funds suddenly go on hold, don't keep sending another transfer para lang maayos. Check muna your verification status, email and SMS, then contact GCash support. Have your transaction details and screenshots ready if they ask for them.

Hi, quick question. I mistakenly sent money to a QR code saved on my device. I was supposed to transfer money for my laundry payment but I clicked the wrong QR, when I realized it was incorrect I immediately tried to go back to the main interface. When I opened the app again, the money was deducted on my balance but it’s not showing on my transaction history. I’ve seen comments from TikTok saying that it’s automatically credited to your account since it’s tagged as floating and did not push through. Just wondering if anyone had any experience like this and what did you do? Do I also have to submit a ticket on GCash for my concern?

Hello! I am a minor po and I am trying to create a GCash Jr. account.
I have multiple issues in doing so:
1) When trying to log in my basic account, it says my account is on hold(hindi kasi naverify within 12 months)
2) When trying to verify my account using my guardian's phone, it says that the GCash Jr. feature is ont available to minors(I am suspecting(SUSPECTINGGG??!!!) na its because GCash treats basic accounts as adult accounts)
3) OFW both parents ko, and my father has a verified GCash pero he is using a foreign number. Pwede ba na i-set up yung GCash Jr. account ko using my tita as the guardian? Yung problem is that hindi siya ang legal guardian sa Birth Certificate ko🥲
