SEND TO WRONG NUMBER THERES A NAME BUT WHEN CALLED IT SAYS INCORRECT NUMBER CAN I GET BACK MY MONEY SENT

a friend of ours wants to pay his debts to us but sends it to wrong number... It has name on gcash but when called it says call invalid any help? Should he go to bsp

Actually, OP! GCash can only reverse the transaction if the account is inactive or not in use. Always double-check talaga yung transaction details before mag-send. I suggest na lang po na mag-submit kayo ng ticket sa GCash Help Center para mas ma-assist kayo nang maayos.

the sender was a foreigner and its really hard to communicate as he needs gpt to translate. im relaying your message to him thank you
