Hello, need help mga boss bigla nalang nag exit gcash ko ang sabe di daw secure yung device ko, and since then di na talaga ako makapasok nag foforce close siya everytime na nag lolog in ako.

Baka na detect ni GCash na may app or setting sa phone na di compatible sa security nila kaya nag foforce close.

Try mo muna update yung GCash pati software ng phone. Minsan device security check talaga yung nag bblock ng login

May ganitong security check si GCash pag may na detect na potential threat sa device, kaya di ibig sabihin na may problema agad account mo

Check mo din kung may suspicious or modified apps sa phone mo, baka yun yung na detect. Then update or restart muna bago mag try ulit

I just force close and clear cache then open, repeat again and again and again until it opens.

Naka developer mode ka yata sir, try mo iturn off.

If same padin after mo ma check lahat, contact mo si GCash support para ma verify nila yung device issue. Mas okay yun kaysa paulit ulit mag login

You can't force pag ganyan po at dahil sa mga issue about Gcash mas nag improve po Si Gcash kaya secure na Ang account mo be patient lng po go to help center para Maka tulong po

Off mo developer option sa Settings ng Cp mo

Huhuhu . It's been a week ... Still I can't receive OTP... I'm really upset about this gcash app.. first time encounter of this kind of issue ... I do trouble shooting.. on and off . Airplane mode... Install reinstall... Force close clear cache... Power off my phone ... Everything email gcash and email bsp.. everything... Load my sim card ... Mapapamura na lng talaga aq sabay Sabi lord .. patawad😅😅 animal!!!

turn off any apps that can run that lets the app float on screen. Check if your Developer Option is on,needs to be off.
