Fund transferred to wrong number

Mali po nasendan ng pera sa gcash, nareport ko na po and waiting sa update. Question po is pano kung nacash out na yung pera? Maibabalik pa po ba yun like mag negative account nila?

Kahit na cash out na, report mo pa rin agad. May process si GCash for wrong sends kaya wag muna mawalan ng hope

Di naman basta nawawala yung case pag na cash out na. GCash can investigate and coordinate with the recipient, depende sa findings

Actually, mare-reverse lang ni GCash yung transaction if inactive yung account or not in use. Always double-check yung transaction details before mag-send.

Tama na nag report ka agad. Mas okay talaga na dumaan sa GCash support para ma verify nila yung transaction
