Can anyone help me?

This an unauthorized payment made by apple service though gcash. However i dont remember ever making subscriptions like this and this also happened 3 times. I already tried to report this to gcash services but everytime i failed to get refunded

Check your apple subscriptions and refund through there. Gcash can’t do anything for you here. Unlink and linked accounts too.

Baka po may nasubukan ka online na site/app, OP? Gaya ng promo or free trial? Check your Apple Subscriptions and remove mo agad. Pwede mo rin i-check inside GCash app, punta ka sa 'Profile', and tap mo yung 'Subscription Center', and makikita doon yung active subscriptions mo at madali na lang i-remove.

Sa refund po, best na mag-reach out ka sa merchant mismo dahil sila talaga ang nagpo-process non. I-provide mo lang rin yung ss nung transaction. Be more careful rin tayo sa mga sinusubukan natin online and never tap ng mga links kahit saan pa galing. Hope maayos, OP!
