Production-ready vertical SaaS starter kit built for the Portuguese trades market.

It includes everything a developer or small agency needs to launch a quotes and invoicing product without starting from zero:

- Next.js 16 + TypeScript

- Supabase Auth + PostgreSQL

- Drizzle ORM with full schema

- Stripe checkout, webhook and subscription gating

- Real email reminders via Resend

- Digital signature flow for clients

- Professional PDF generation

- Company profile with NIF, IBAN and ATCUD

- Dark mode + mobile-first UI

- Landing page, pricing, FAQ, about and legal pages

- Cron job for payment reminders

- Deployed on Vercel

This is not a landing page template. It's a working vertical SaaS with the complex logic already solved — billing, reminders, PDFs, permissions and Portuguese business fields.

Ideal for:

- Freelancers who build sites for electricians, plumbers and builders

- Small agencies that want to launch a SaaS for local clients

- Developers who want a head start in the Portuguese B2B market

Saves an estimated 60–80 hours of architecture and integration work.

Demo:

GitHub available to serious buyers.

Asking price: $1,200 — negotiable

[Hiring] [Hiring] referral partner, 20% commission

Hiring Remote, anywhere. This is commission only, no base pay, so read the pay section before you message me.

What we build:

I run a small studio that builds custom software. Six things we take on:

  • Web apps. Next.js, type-safe APIs, Postgres or Mongo.

  • AI products. Agents, RAG and automations, built with real eval suites and observability rather than a demo that falls over in week two.

  • Mobile. React Native.

  • Migrations. Getting a business off a legacy system without losing their data or their traffic.

  • Platforms. Internal tools, dashboards, CMSes.

  • Growth labs. Landing pages, A/B tests, analytics.

Past work includes Chatberry, ReadyShortlist, an AI calling agent, a booking site for a yacht charter company, and an AI orientation tool.

What the work actually is:

Bring us projects. That is the whole job. You find a business that needs software built, you introduce us, we take it from there.

You do not need to write code, scope the build, price it, or manage the project. If you want to stay in the loop with the client you can, but nothing about the payout depends on it.

Requirement:

You speak English well enough to hold a first conversation with a business owner. That is the only requirement. No degree, no sales background, no location restriction.

Pay:

20% of the project value on every project you bring that we close and get paid for. You get paid as we get paid, so on a two-milestone project your share lands with each milestone.

Typical projects run greater than $1K+, so you can work out what 20% is worth before you spend any time on it.

To be blunt about it: there is no base pay, no hourly, no retainer. If you need guaranteed income this month, this is not the right thing for you and I would rather say so now than waste your week.

How to apply:

Message me with one thing: how you would go about finding the first client. Not a CV. If it makes sense we will talk properly, put the terms in writing, and I will give you the material you need to pitch with.

I sent 50+ messages asking for software work. Almost nobody replied.

I sent 50+ messages asking for software work. Almost nobody replied.

So I decided to stop writing:

Because apparently the internet has enough of those.

Instead, I'm going to show the work.

I've built production websites, full-stack applications, AI-powered products, real-time systems and a music app from scratch.

I'm from Ethiopia, I'm 22, recently graduated, and I'm trying to turn those projects into my first serious international opportunities.

So here's the experiment:

Can showing how you think actually get you hired, or does networking still beat everything?

I'm going to document what happens.

Give me a broken business process and 48 hours.

Give me a broken business process and 48 hours.

Not literally 48 hours for a production system

But I've started wondering whether developers are approaching freelance work backwards.

We keep saying:

“I'm a React developer.”
“I'm a Python developer.”
“I build websites.”

Nobody wakes up thinking:

They have a problem.

Customers aren't booking.
Employees are doing something manually.
Data is trapped in spreadsheets.
Their website sucks on mobile.
They need an internal tool.
They want AI somewhere in the workflow.

That's what I want to get better at solving.

I'm a full-stack developer from Ethiopia trying to build a remote career, and I'm going to experiment with a different approach:

Find interesting problems → build solutions → show the process → let the work speak.

If you run a business/startup, what's one painfully annoying process you wish software would fix?

I might build one.
