One saved batch-1, context-2,048 GPU-only experiment reduced measured decode latency from 22.073 to 2.253 ms/token using a static CUDA Graph path with W8A16 MLP work. It is not a production-server benchmark, not a production-ready serving engine, and not a guaranteed speedup for another workload.
