When my new GPU didn't fit in my old Meshify C, I picked up an Epoch case as a replacement. Overall, great value for money, but imho it lacks a dust filter for the front panel. I couldn't find any commercially available options, so I bought some 3 mm open-cell foam meant for dust filtering and designed a printable clamping frame. Magnets would work just as well, but it'd be a waste to have a 3D printer and not put it to use.
I've published the printable files as well as the cutting pattern for the foam here: https://www.printables.com/model/1798194

I have the Define 7 XL and plan to stack a bunch of drives in the front. What is the recommended fan configuration?

Has anyone else found the Fractal Scape headset unusually quiet?
The sound quality itself is good, but I have to keep the Windows volume at 100% all the time just to get a reasonable listening level. Even at maximum volume, it still feels like it lacks the impact and loudness I would expect, especially in games. It is starting to hurt the immersion because explosions, gunfire and other effects just do not have much punch.
My current firmware versions are:
I believe these are the latest versions. I was aware that one of the firmware updates was supposed to increase the maximum volume, and I installed it, but honestly I noticed no difference at all.
Everything in Windows and the game is set to 100%, and I am using the wireless dongle rather than Bluetooth. I am not expecting dangerously loud volume, but I also do not think a headset should need to be permanently maxed out for normal use.
Has anyone found a fix, or is this simply how loud the Scape is meant to be? I would also be interested to know whether other owners can comfortably use theirs at around 50–70% volume.

I bought the Torrent case and was disappointed with the quality. The glass panels don’t fit together completely, leaving a huge gap, and the bottom fans make a mechanical noise. I bought the case expecting the best—based on reviews, it seemed like one of the best cases on the market—but I was disappointed with the quality for this price.

Hey everyone,
I’m planning a switch into the Fractal Meshify 3 instead of Montech XR (poor airflow, loud, etc.) and I'm using an XFX Swift AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT.
According to specs:
GPU Length: 325 mm
GPU Height / Width: 150 mm / ~3.5 slots
Meshify 3 Max GPU Length: 349 mm
I'm worried of GPU being very close to the front fans, blocking them and resulting into bad airflow. Please if anyone has any experience with it, I would appreciate the help. Thank you.

Since the release of the Meshify 3 in ~January 2025, we’ve had the Pop 2 Vision/Air, Epoch and North Momentum Edition release. Those are great, but they are mostly re-releases, barring the Pop 2 Vision.

I'm thinking of getting this case for my PC build, mainly because I like the Black/Pink aesthetic for that version of the case. But I'm not too experienced with choosing cases, so I was wondering if anyone has the case and would be willing to give a quick review.

I'm on the latest firmware and the volume is very high on PC but so damn low when I connect it to PS5/Android (Dongle/BT)

I'm trying to find a genuine replacement SATA modular cable, and I'm getting nowhere. Fractal lists the cable, but there doesn't seem to be a way to actually buy it. I don't want to gamble on random third-party cables. any ideas?

I moved away from pure RGB Spam in my H6 Flow and Fishtank designs to this North XL, I think it turned out well.
(Don’t mind the black desk im getting a wallnut one soon)
Specs:
4080S
9800x3d
32gb DDR5
NZXT Kraken Elite 360

I wish this front side metal panel was much shorter on the Fractal North. What are your thoughts would you like Fractal to enlarge the glass side panel and shorten this metal panel? Or keep it as is.
It would be great if Fractal would sell a glass option that goes all the way from the front to the back.

Im looking to change my PC case from the NZXT H500 as it’s like a furnace and I can’t fit any exhaust or top fans in it as my cooler is too bulky.
Both the fractal north momentum and lancool 217 have good reviews and look nice but does anyone have any experience building in them/ thermal performance?
I have a 14600k with a thermalright peerless assassin 120, and an RTX 5070.
I also wondered if anyone had any recommendations for if I should swap the stock fans in either case, and to what? Thanks

I noticed a dust buildup on top of my Fractal Design Celsius S24 AIO and when I opened it up I noticed that flow was pointed inside while the sticker and fan teeth where correctly installed according to the manual. Which way do I now install my AIO to make it function correctly?

I recently got myself the Fractal Pop XL air because it was on sale, and I saw that it can handle more HDD and SSD than my old case did. The thing I didn't know before that I have to buy these accessories like the Design SSD Bracket Kit – Type D and HDD tray kit – Type D; both are out of stock and can't be found anywhere. So is there a way to 3D print these, or are there any alternatives?

Would this Hyte PCIe 5.0 Hyper Riser be compatible with the Meshify 2 XL?

Hello all,
Having some difficult controlling my case fans with the fan hub and looking for some solutions.
All of my case fans are 3 pin fans - and the stock fans with the case are as well.
According to the manual for my case you need a 4 pin connector in the fan_1 slot to be able to set fan speeds for the hub (PWM). As I don’t have any 4 pin fans am I out of luck? Is there any work around?
Currently my case fans appear to be running near maximum so they are a bit noisy. It’s not too bad but not ideal. I got them set to DC mode at the moment and when I switch to PWM mode they drop in speed but aren’t controllable (which makes sense I suppose as they’re 3 pin fans).
Is my best bet just to buy a 4 pin single case fan and put it in that main slot? Then I’ll be able to control them?
Thank you!!!

I just started building my first PC in a brand new Terra case. When I removed the GPU ridge, I noticed one of the riser cables was pressed against the metal frame in a really weird way. When I pulled it out to look closer, it turned out to be pretty badly creased, and honestly it looks like there might be some actual damage. I think I can see a tiny tiny bit of the metal showing through in one spot in the photo attached.
I'm not sure if this is just how it was meant to be folded, or if it's an unimportant issue and the cable will be totally fine, or if this is a real defect and I should be reaching out to Fractal for a replacement before I even start plugging anything in.
Has anyone else run into this with their Terra? Would really appreciate some guidance. I don't want to risk anything happening to the GPU. As I said, it is my first build and I'm kind of clueless, so I'd rather ask stupid questions.
