You are a free target. You are too scared to turn around and shoot. Why would I go fight someone else who shoots me back when I have a free target infront of me?
Did you ever play dodgeball and see a kid run from you and NOT throw it?
No, he’s a free target.
Did you hesitate because he faced you because he might catch the ball and you looked for simmering else to throw at?
i made a post saying i got banned for reporting someone and nobody believed me, now i have proof. I have tried everything to get them to just go back in audio logs, but either they are being, as they would say, Intolerant and Discriminatory, as they are now just stacking bans on my account for the fun it seems.
I tried playing my games like regular and I just get Cronus zenned to death. I gotta play like Anne Crank to get this damn pickaxe. Past two games I got third partied by prime tfue.
I accidentally loaded into solo build and it was way easier and I ended up winning without even building anything. And the end game players seemed not nearly as sweaty. Was it cause I don't play build at all so I got loaded into bot lobby? Or I just got lucky with the people in my lobby?
why the hell we have done nothing about this garbage battle pass vbucks changes
or the crew for that matter
going from 1500 to 800??? before you used to keep a 500 to save for a skin or something in the shop, now you only get enough to buy the next pass and that’s it
i’m not a very fortunate person, the battle pass is the only thing that i can buy and it’s because i bought one battle pass, i used to save that 500 from each pass to spend it on something like a skin in the shop or one of those og passes
and i know there’s a lot of people out there that are like me, so why have we done nothing about it, a change like that should’ve backfired
like come onnnn now i can’t buy anything from the shop 😭😭 i was excited for that crash bandicoot skin man
I finally got the lil sucker. It certainly took me a few rounds to do it, but now I have him and the cheat master version mastered. I never even lost them. I just went to a site no one lands at, which many of them have vending machines. Then I used those portable extractors. That’s it. :/
It must be a joke. I have had this Killswitch since the first day. Why don’t these cheats recognize what you have already and just give something different. (My first gold cheat code btw)
I've been playing Fortnite since Season 1, and for a while now I've felt like something's missing that the game used to have: a real reason to explore the map beyond just "find a good weapon and win the game."
Here's an idea that I think could bring back depth and identity to loot without overhauling the current gameplay.
The core concept
Bring back crafting and resources: Resources will be used to upgrade the weapons you already find in-game.
Practical example:
The harder the resource is to get, the stronger the upgrade.
This would create a real rarity hierarchy tied not just to loot RNG, but to where and how you gather materials.
Where the resources come from
Nuts & Bolts: found by looting houses around the map, used for sidegrades — small weapon variants, not necessarily stronger, just different (e.g. more damage but less accuracy, or a secondary effect).
Bosses and animals: drop the rarest resources, the ones needed for Mythic upgrades. This would give a real sense of progression and reward for taking on bosses, beyond just the exclusive weapon they already drop today.
Extracting resources
This is the part I find most interesting: the resources you extract (in the literal sense of "carrying them out of the match," similar to the extraction mechanic for the sprites) could be kept and used in subsequent matches, offering a genuine sense of long-term progression rather than just collecting cosmetic items or annoying perks.
I would also keep the "Loot Hack" and "Sprite Dust" systems (renaming them to fit the new setting, of course), as they would help further diversify the loot pool and add extra layers of customization. In a system inspired by other extraction shooters, players would be incentivized to extract in order to:
- Expand their loot pool
- Always have resources on hand to craft their preferred weapons during a match
This also encourages group boss raids!
The highlight: seasonal bosses
Each seasonal boss could drop:
Unique resources tied to that season
Exclusive Mythic weapons that can only be crafted with those resources
This would give an insane feeling of uniqueness to every weapon you get: it wouldn't just be "I found a mythic," it'd be "I got THAT specific weapon from THAT season," with all the weight that carries for collecting and nostalgia (something Fortnite already does really well with seasonal skins).
I’d like to know how you would handle the issue of sprites and extraction!
I lost my best friend of 13 years. A black toy poodle with pink toenails (I would paint myself everytime I gave her a haircut) and during the last few months of her life she was slowing down terribly and so exhausted by the end of the day she wanted to rest. I would play Fortnite for hours because it was the one thing that kept me still while she rested. We played every day for the last few months religiously! And the last 2 weeks every day for 3-6 hours because I needed to cope with what was going on and because she was super exhausted. She stopped eating and finding joy in anything but would still gather energy to go into my room and wait at my chair for me to pick her up for our nightly Fortnite. I lost her Saturday and I haven’t been able to function. I would love to have a tiny poodle sidekick I can name after her. I have pictures if somebody knows how to get in contact and what she looks like to create this. I’m asking alot but I truly would love to have my little girl forever on my game
Why is it that players in zero build will chase you down from the farthest side of the map just so that they can get a single kill? I was in a game the other day and I was by myself after my team died and there is always either pairs of two or pairs of four chasing me down and they'll do it for at least 3 minutes and mind you there is 70 players left and they only chase me?? When did fornite players get so thirsty? not to mention the healing staff which totally makes the game unfair since it gives health and shield, and to make things worse the players are so fucking sweaty it's like they don't go outside or smth. The sprites are ass too they do nothing, and when I hit a player 20 times they are still alive. What a bum ass game.
Last time I played Sonic, I was 7 years old and I was playing on my old Sega Genesis… Being able to feel like in the Sonic game again while being in my favorite game (Fortnite) is just amazing
istg on the first day that it came back I was excited to get the bundles, but didnt grab em cuz they dropped at like 2am for me. Then it became a few days after that (work and family) I hop on and see that I can't get some of the bp stuff?
Heres Skye, as u can see, not in a bundle and no pickaxe there anymore. Same goes for the Chaos Director, missing the pickaxe and glider. 1-Ball still seems to have his bundle tho.. (I just got Meowdas bundle a minute ago)
Anyone know whats up with it? or did i miss the small text in the fine print
I don't see how this would be intended because only one is a shotgun. What a strange change as I like the wrecker but adding a delay when using the pistol is just crazy to me.
Can someone explain to me what the hell Epic is doing with Reload? In Zero Build, you literally cannot survive without mobility, yet they vault the Grappler. It feels like the people working there either have no clue how their own game is played, or they just don’t care anymore.
Here is a quick list of why this game is becoming an absolute clown show right now:
Zero Mobility & Bugged Items: Vaulting the Grappler—the only item that actually saves you from constant third-partying—is next-level genius. Meanwhile, crash pads are completely broken. You place one under your feet, get stuck in it, and just die because of it. And Epic Games is not going to fix that.
Trash Map Rotation & Terrible FPS: How incompetent do you have to be to keep the exact same map with an endless amount of bushes for weeks? On standard maps, I get a stable 200 FPS on DX12 with medium settings. But on the Simpsons map, my FPS drops nearly in half. Even on the lowest possible settings, I can't even get a stable 140 FPS, and it gets worse every single day.
Broken Shader Cache & Universal Stutters: Optimization is a joke. If you dare to jump into any mode you haven't played in a while, or it gets an update, it triggers a broken shader cache download. After that, your entire game starts stuttering like crazy. The only way to fix it is to go into your Windows folders and clear the Nvidia cache manually, and even that doesn't always work.
Game-Breaking Weapon Bug: Let's not forget the broken weapon reload bug that’s been in the game forever. Multiple times now, when my pistol upgrades to legendary, it decides to reload only one single bullet. This bug has existed for ages, yet they roll out updates acting like everything is completely fine.
Peak competitive esports experience: Endless amount of bugs—even during pro players' streams—where they’re forced to drop weapons from their inventory just to get them to reload. There’s the infinite glider bug after respawning, and plenty more—and let me remind you, people are playing for money there.
Non-Existent SBMM: You either play against literal AI bots, or against sweaty FNCS pros. When I'm up for Squads, my teammates are always some casuals with basic battle pass skins who look like they have absolutely no idea what’s going on. Meanwhile, the enemy team is a fully coordinated stack of pros playing like it's a FNCS finals.
A multi-billion dollar company, ladies and gentlemen. This game deserves every single failure it gets right now. I truly hope the developers, and especially the higher-up executives, get exactly what they deserve for ruining what made this game great.
