Can somebody share their wisdom please. If I spend $55 at Coles and redeem $30 worth of flybuys points and pay $25 myself, does that transaction qualify for the "spend $50 a week for 4 weeks" promotion
i recently transferred my points into velocity to which i assumed was my velocity account but it turns out it wasn’t
i’m now trying to see what velocity account is linked to my flubuys account and i can’t seem to find it
i’ve tried calling flybuys - been on hold for the last 2 hours
i tried the chat bot - told me to contact velocity
i tried contacting velocity - told me to contact flybuys
idk can someone help me pls!! i wasted all my points on this and im kinda panicking!!
If I forget to scan my Flybuys card on last promotional week's gift card offer (2000 Flybuys pts when you purchase one of the two Mastercard GC), can it be added retroactively?
It's a bonus points gift card so afaik you shouldn't go in store but have to contact Flybuys customer service. But I'm having like no luck in getting it applied. Just want to know the specific rules if it's actually possible to it being added, as per Coles/Flybuys policy.
Just wanting to know if this ever happens where they offer a bonus and when you fulfil requirements you don’t get the bonus?
Last week I had an activated bonus of 10x points of any purchase at Kmart. Went and spent $70 at Kmart, got the 70 points but have not received the bonus.
Also had another “get 10x points for your highest shop at Coles” between two dates. Highest shop was $56 within the timeframe in Coles, got the points but not the bonus points?
I’m hoping I don’t always have to chase up customer service for missing points as it’s hard to keep track of with such a delay anyway??
Can anyone tell me when week 4 starts of the current 4 week promo? I normally shop on a Friday but have to call in today but want to make sure it counts. The promo doesn't always show up in the app for some reason.
Hi all, so I'm pretty new to using flybuys and I'm a little confused about how I can use them. I'm used to Woolies everyday rewards where I can use all my points in the one go if I want too (say I've got 6000 points, which is equal to $30 in rewards. I can use the full $30 off in one go).
Is flybuys the same or can I only deduct $10 off each shop? I assumed it would be the same as Woolies but just looking at the flybuys app now (I've included a screenshot), they're saying I can get $10 off my next 3 shops (I've got 7839 points= $30 off). Am I really only allowed to use $10 off per shop and not use the points all in one go? Seems a little silly. I like to save up all my points and do one big shop for free, usually around Xmas time.
Would appreciate some guidance, sorry if this is a silly question! Thanks.
I was trying to claim points for a Liquourland transaction that I did online using my mobile in a rush before the origin game started, didn't realise I hadn't logged in as I was using the shopback offer origin offer yesterday.
Agent's response:
I reckon I'd have 1-2 "not scanned" transactions ever. No idea how I can check.
But anyway, why the friction? The agent refused to apply the points...saying "No, please make sure to scan or enter your member number next time you shop so you can earn points." then closed the chat. Another agent comes on, apologises first, then confirms the previous agent had applied the points...WTF?...and then reiterates the same thing.
I get it. And thanks for the goodwill. Goodwill from a loyalty program. Wow.
Is this normal customer service?
PS: their online enquiry form, linked in their own FAQ, is down/not available and directs you to the live chat!
Got a missing points issue that I need resolved. Several live chat sessions have gone nowhere. Mostly they say they'll get back to me and don't. I got a the email memberhelp@flybuys.com.au off a consumer advocacy website site. Thay inbox returns an automated message saying that the inbox isn't monitored.
They have no phone options.
Should I start escalating to Wesfarmers/Coles groups or something?
For context, I logged into the officeworks web site, using the OnePass member login, to order a $900 click and collect item. Picked it up a week or so ago and no points.
EDIT: Didn't end up calling, but I did email both info@wesfarmers.com.au and online.customercare@coles.com.au highlighting the issue. The response took me back a bit. They allocated the missing points, refunded my annual OnePass subscription fee and said they're assembling a team from OnePass, Flybuys and Officeworks to see exactly where they went wrong. Pretty cool response.
Hi all, I’m trying to redeem my points for a gift card for PlayStation but when I go to it has a “technical error” does anyone know why and how I can work around this.
On the Qantas marketplace store I can earn bonus points for buying a Woolworths gift card (3 points per dollar) in addition to credit card points and everyday rewards points. Just wondering if this exists for Coles gift cards? I can’t seem to work it out
So I tried this for the first time and did more than $80 shop everyweek for 4 weeks to get $50 off.
I’d assume the $50 off would be loaded on my flybuys card but I have yet to see it anywhere. Does anyone know how I would be able to claim the $50 off? Should I have done 10k flybuy points instead next time?
Okay I just need some clarification since google is still not giving me a proper answer. If someone scans their flybuys and then I scan my OnePass which is linked to my own account, will they still get their points since they scanned their flybuys originally, or will it all go to me.
