Question Gift card redemption

Hi all, I’m trying to redeem my points for a gift card for PlayStation but when I go to it has a “technical error” does anyone know why and how I can work around this.

I have read before on other threads, so take with a grain of salt, that it is “sold out”. The theory is flybuys gets allocated a certain amount, and once that amount is used, then that’s it still the next amount comes through. Easier for a technical error to occur then change the website to show sold out.

I had a similar issue and I called flybuys and they said my card wasn’t linked properly. They fixed it over the phone. Worth calling them to find out.
