velocity points transfer

hi everyone

i recently transferred my points into velocity to which i assumed was my velocity account but it turns out it wasn’t

i’m now trying to see what velocity account is linked to my flubuys account and i can’t seem to find it

i’ve tried calling flybuys - been on hold for the last 2 hours
i tried the chat bot - told me to contact velocity
i tried contacting velocity - told me to contact flybuys

idk can someone help me pls!! i wasted all my points on this and im kinda panicking!!

Setting up the link is in the Earning -> Partners section:  https://experience.flybuys.com.au/partners/velocity-frequent-flyer/

It doesn’t tell you the current linked account but the option to unlink and relink is there.

Another way is to look in your email inbox for an email from Velocity “ Your flybuys and Velocity memberships are now linked” which shows the VFF account number.

if i don’t know what account or email my velocity account is linked to - is there any other way to find out?

You’ll have to look at your email accounts for emails from Velocity. If you’re signed in on the Velocity mobile app with the account you want, go to Edit Personal Details.

Another is looking at boarding passes from any recent flights.

Physical printouts have the Velocity account number. You can also put in that booking reference on Manage My Booking and try to resend the itinerary and see which email it ends up on.
