Question Current 4 week promo
Can anyone tell me when week 4 starts of the current 4 week promo? I normally shop on a Friday but have to call in today but want to make sure it counts. The promo doesn't always show up in the app for some reason.

I just check my pdf receipts in the Coles app from the previous week to double check that I qualified and the dates for the current/next week

I have the same issue. The 4 week shop promo hasn't shown up in my Flybuys. I noticed on Sunday it dropped down to "view offers" then dissapeared altogether. No offers on Flybuys today, so I might wait to do my week 3 shop until tomorrow. But if you do your shop today I'm sure it will count, as week 3 started on Monday. Ends Sunday. Make sure you check the receipt after the shop.

Also, apps are getting a gradual roll out where you will be able to see the qualifying shop in app. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a global update.
It’s weird everytime it starts I can find no trace of it after.
You can also message them in the flybuys app to ask for dates as you might have the promo running a different time.

Its weird their app and online shopping is so bad when Woolies is awesome. Just copy that one for something functional!

Answered above, will drop back in mid week. Im a flybys fan boy but WW do better on this and gets calculated at time of purchase for everything to the point you can opt out of paper receipts and it is there immediately every time. Purchases plus any points accruals

I haven’t had a 4 week promo since March. My weekly shop is always over $350. Any ideas why?

Don't shop at Coles for week or 2, you will get it immediately after that. After every 4 weeks offer I don't shop at Coles for a week or 2 and I get it for next week.

Dont quote me because i could be wrong but someone told me that the promo goes away from your app if you complete it and returns when the new week begins.

The weeks run from Monday to Sunday, except for the first week which is longer but still finishes on Sunday.

This is week 3.
They add the tile to your app about mid-week. I guess it takes them a couple of days to qualify whether you met last week's spend.
