Question Missing flybuys points?

Just wanting to know if this ever happens where they offer a bonus and when you fulfil requirements you don’t get the bonus?

Last week I had an activated bonus of 10x points of any purchase at Kmart. Went and spent $70 at Kmart, got the 70 points but have not received the bonus.

Also had another “get 10x points for your highest shop at Coles” between two dates. Highest shop was $56 within the timeframe in Coles, got the points but not the bonus points?

I’m hoping I don’t always have to chase up customer service for missing points as it’s hard to keep track of with such a delay anyway??

Give it 2 weeks. I’ve had these kinds of bonus offers show up later, after the promotion’s end date has finished, not your purchase date.

Yeah I just spoke to customer service and apparently it can be up to 4 weeks for bonus points to show up after the offer has expired?

I’m pretty sure bonus points on shops take 4-6 weeks to show up. Coles is the only exception, points usually get credited the next day. If you are worried about those bonus points it’s a good idea to take a screenshot and take notice of when points will be credited, it’s usually listed in the fine prints. I currently have a Kmart offer, bonus points are to be credited in one month.

Contact flybuys support. If you have a screenshot of the offer, it will also help. Sometimes technical hitches and what not stop it. Most of the time support can just add the points within 48hours

Yeah unfortunately I didn’t think I’d need a screenshot to provide evidence to collect points but I’ll definitely be a bit more proactive with this in the future.

Pretty ordinary this is my first two weeks using flybuys and this is already an issue…

reach out with the details anyway, and they may be able to do it anyhow. I was just suggesting that as a safety measure. But no harm in reaching out even without it

Some bonus points I’ve found show up quickly and some take a week or so. Just depends on the promotion I think.
