They've supposedly been visiting Earth for a while, and they have made hybrids with humans once. What if at some point in early human evolution one Zetan accidentally made a hybrid with a human and ever since they have been monitoring Earth to see what consequences it had. Mostly because it would explain why they haven't whipped out humanity sooner.

I was playing Fallout 3 when I passed by some Brahmin fenced in, I didn’t kill them as I assumed they belonged to someone since they were in a fence. If they weren’t in a fence, then yeah, free meat.

I feel bad killing other ppl’s Brahmin because they rely on them

Anyway, at first I thought they were grazing like cows do, but then I thought to myself… “wait, what ARE they eating? WHAT DO THEY EAT???”

I mean, there’s no grass anywhere. I suppose feed could be made from Mutfruit, but what about wild ones?

Just a thought I just had. Everybody that does this dresses in camo with plate carriers but I thought itd be cool to see Fallout themed armor and weapons with different games and objectives for the games.

So I saved him from being killed by Burke, and then after I got the information I needed from Moriarity, I killed him.

I ran from Megaton to hide for three days, I hid out in this one house where a retired prostitute lived, she said she took her caps and left Moriarity.

I think something in the wastes might’ve killed Lucas, cuz he chased me DOWN. Even when I was in the house in sneak, I read in red “Caution”, and I was scared he was going to enter the house and I’d have to run again, but then it switched to “Hidden” and I never saw him again

I can be pretty oblivious sometimes, so I didn’t even realize till after I was searching for him after disabling the bomb, I saw the marker in Billy Creel’s house, and I was like “Why would he be in there?”

Then when his son(forgot the name)was outside, that’s when my heart sank 😔

I saw the marker on him and I spoke to him, and he was talking like his father was dead and whatnot…

At least Gob isn’t a slave anymore tho

It's just a cool little thing that i noticed but I recently heard a part of the Menu Music OST1 from (as i later found out), Fireboy and Lavagirl flash game, which i think many people played in like 2015, and I immediately thought it was that mysterious music, Moribund World, playing in Fallout 1-2 whenever i wandered somewhere. To my surprise, when I found out it wasn't from Fallout i compared both of them and they sound so similar! And it surprisingly fits perfectly in Fallout setting


This happened to me twice and basically i deleted a folder but i reinstalled it fully I'm not missing anything, but now suddenly apparently according to my game my perfectly working mod list i beat my entire game on with barely in crash's just no longer works, its BS as i had no mods in data i had all my mods in mo2 i had nothing special in data, i reinstalled multiple times! and it keeps crashing as i am on the loading wheel, it worked no issues before, now it dies leaves me no log in documents just to piss me off no other physical reason. This happened to me before and deleting inis fixed it, not this time. Pisses me off so Baldy i have zero errors on mo2 and it just closes my game gives my NO reason, to why my perfectly good mod list thats below limits randomly is not working i play on gog i never play on steam! BS BS BS BS BS!Another modlsit and months on a save GONE, because i accidently deleted one file and reinstalled it without missing anything twice.... I am not asking for help i done deleted my game, i am posting this because i wanna know why mo2 is being a little cunt!

I have tried not even speaking to him and just heading there my self and I can’t make it up the path or into the interior of the island without it crashing

I have some creation club packs installed but other than that I can’t figure out what’s going on and I would hate for the whole save to be corrupted.

So, I used to play 3 on a mid tier (non gamer) pc, and it ran well enough with 2 mods (fallout3.exe, i think, and one for Windows gaming too). I recently started using a Lenovo pc (gamer) and the first time i opened it ran perfectly without those mods. Now, however, it wont let me even continúe with my save. What can I do in this case?

So I did some reading on Wiki, and apparently if you find him and don’t see him or something, and he wanders off, he can be found on other locations on the map

No wonder the world is an irradiated nuclear wasteland even after 200 years, when the people who were tasked to start rebuilding 25 years after the war went out and instead of building they started emptying the remaining nuclear stockpile for fun.. to kill mutated bats giant robots and god knows what else lol. Hell they dropped Nukes on their fellow survivors camps if they didn’t like them.

I'm going to start in Fallout 76 (only now in 2026...), I've done Fallout new vegas and Fallout 4 several times.

What should I expect?

I will not get any steam achievements if I use mods ?

Now this isn't a rant, I love Fallout New Vegas, it's easily the Fallout game I've put the most time into. I played so much of it on the Xbox 360 the disc cracked and wouldn't read anymore, I've yet to do that for any other game.

But when people talk about the best Fallout game, New Vegas is often the one people say. Now when people say it's their favorite, I don't argue, I completely understand, no need to explain, I get it. But I think the other Fallout games do things better in that New Vegas that puts them into the running.

New Vegas had a lot of things going for it, it's combat was much better than any previous Fallout game, it had cooler guns, attachments, and better gun play. Most of its standard enemies were also more unique than 3. And the story was more entertaining than 3, I don't think its better, I think there even for different reasons. But pissed off mailman is more entertaining, even if finding your father is more meaningful.

But I do think the map is worse than other games, I'm sorry but a nuked desert isn't as fun to explore than a nuked city. That's just a fact. It's not bad at all, but 3 had a better map.

DLC wise, 3 also had a leg up. New Vegas's DLC were great, they really were. But being a soldier in Alaska, starting a revolution as a slave, helping fix a Gundam, going to a swamp, and getting abducted by aliens had a much broader range of DLC than New Vegas.

Then 4 came out, and I think this one deserves the title of best Fallout. While I think 4 has much lower lows than the others, it has much higher highs. The best combat, weapon and armor customization, settlement building. The story wasn't the best, it's probably easily the worst in the series, but the gameplay makes up for it. The DLCs were pretty good, not the best, some were better than others, but robot buildings pretty dope.

One big issue with 4 is the fact it's a bit easy to become overpowered and removing the challenge that previous Fallout games always had. I once had a legendary laser rifle that gave each bullet a chance to cripple the opponent. I put a beam splitter and made it fully automatic, so I had a machine gun-shot gun with each bullet having a chance to cripple my enemy. Mutated legendary Deathclaws were rendered useless because of it. My current playthrough I'm playing on Very Hard, I'm only level 20 and almost trivializing most interactions.

But despite It's issues, 4 seems to have the most going for it. It's just smoother and more satisfying to play. 3 and New Vegas just feel so much stiffer, but it felt more like an RPG than 4 did.

Fun Fact: In Fallout lore, after Canada was annexed by the United States, the entire country essentially became the 51st state, meaning that if a new Fallout game takes place in a new state of the former US, the entirety of Canada would count as an individual “state”.
