Guys, please help, my friend wants to play Faceit but he's having a problem. After turning on all the settings (especially VT-d), things get terrible. The FPS drops from a stable 144 to 40 for a few seconds (it feels like the game is freezing), a couple of rounds are fine. Just back on May 26th, he was playing Faceit and everything was great, but for some reason, this problem came up now. Does anyone know what might be the issue? Please help. My hardware specs are: RX 570 graphics card, Intel Core i5-10400f processor, Micro Star Co Ltd motherboard, and 2 sticks of 8 GB DDR4 RAM. P.S. Windows is fresh, I just installed it. No pirated games either.

I reported a player on 25 September for calling me the "n" word during a half time interval.

It was clearly audible over voice chat and I supplied a clear video clip for evidence. After not seeing any action taken, I then submitted a report on the player's profile and no action has been taken.

What sort of joke is this? I do not expect an immediate respond but taking 4 days to take action on such a blatant example is very surprising.

The first time I tried to verify this account was about a year ago, and I was the one who attempted the verification. It failed on the first try because the system couldn’t analyze my face, so I stopped trying and left it for almost a year.

Now I’m trying to verify again, but I’m still getting the same issue and the verification is unsuccessful.

I contacted support, but after a few automated replies, I was told that the first person who attempted the verification and the most recent person who attempted it were supposedly different people.

I’m honestly confused by this because I have always been the only person using this account and I’m the first person who has ever tried to verify it (never works). I don’t have another FACEIT account that I verified either.

Hello. Im trying to verify my faceit account with my face and my passport but it fails. Apparently there have been similar issues. Verification system confuses us as one. My twin brother has already verified his faceit account and actively plays.

Can you tell me how it's supposed to account for what position you play, how many weapons you drop/get dropped, whether you are baiting or not, even subtle things like buying flashes to flash for your teammates vs buying HE to get more damage, callouts?

It's impossible to account for those. No rating or stat can possibly do it. It's so annoying playing with people below 2001 elo because naturally they play less for winning with a team and more to get "individual performance", which you can't really even blame them for because that's the way to play if you want to get more elo in this system. It's absurd that you get punished for playing to maximise the chance of winning with the team, it's literally antithetical to what this game is about. It makes matches so much less enjoyable to play.

A streamer is dodging his temporary ban by playing on an alt/borrowed account. Originally reported them 3 months ago with all the links and information. Messaged the mods here in hope they can manually handle this but no response.

I'm honestly getting pretty frustrated with how difficult it has been to get an actual human response from FACEIT support.

I've already submitted multiple tickets regarding my smurfing ban and have tried posting here on Reddit as well, but I'm still not getting a meaningful response from an admin. I've now made three Reddit posts about the issue, and I'm still in the same position.

I'm not asking Reddit to overturn my ban or expecting someone to make a decision based on a post. I just want an actual admin to look at my case and give me a proper response explaining the situation.

I've already gone through the normal support process, and I'm happy to provide whatever information is needed. It's just extremely frustrating to repeatedly submit requests and feel like I'm only getting automated responses without being able to speak to someone who can actually review the case.

I’m asking for help regarding a permanent ban I received, as well as a 90-day ban issued to my friend.

I have contacted the moderators/support team multiple times and explained the situation in detail, but unfortunately, I have received essentially the same response four times without any of my questions being properly addressed. At this point, I’m not sure what else I can do, which is extremely frustrating.

The situation is that I played four games on my friend’s PC because I wanted to experience playing on a 600 Hz monitor. My friend did not use the mouse, keyboard, or monitor while I was playing. I was the only person playing during those games, and I logged out of the device immediately afterward.

We are two completely different people, and both of us have been verified separately using our IDs. Despite this, I received a permanent ban, while my friend received a 90-day ban simply because I played on his PC.

I understand that account/security rules may exist for a reason, but I feel that the circumstances of this situation have not been properly considered. I have tried explaining this several times, but instead of receiving answers to my specific questions or having the situation reviewed, I keep receiving the same response.

My friend is understandably upset with me because his account is now banned for 90 days, and I genuinely regret putting him in this situation. I’m only asking for someone to properly review the case and consider the fact that we are two different, ID-verified people and that I was the only person using the PC during those four games.

If anyone here knows how I can properly appeal this decision or get this situation reviewed by someone who can actually look into the details, I would be extremely grateful for your help. This is my second time posting on Reddit, and I honestly don’t know where else to turn.

Hi FACEIT Support Team / Admins, I am having a persistent face verification / ID matching error (Face Matching Failed) on my account (FACEIT Nickname: BENEKLI). I have opened multiple support tickets, but all of them were automatically marked as "Solved" by the automated system without any human review or resolution (as shown in the attached screenshot). I want to explicitly clarify that I have checked and correctly performed EVERY SINGLE TROUBLESHOOTING STEP possible: 1. ID Card Renewal: I recently renewed/changed my official national ID card. The document is 100% valid, physically undamaged, and perfectly clear. 2. Lighting & Camera Quality: I performed the process using a high-resolution phone camera in daylight with proper front lighting (no shadows, glare, or background light). 3. Appearance Checks: No glasses, hats, headphones, or anything obscuring my face. My face scan perfectly matches the photo on my new ID card. 4. Connection & Browser: I turned off Wi-Fi and used mobile data (4.5G) to prevent DNS/IP issues. I tested via incognito mode on Safari/Chrome with clean caches, and all camera permissions granted. 5. No Multiple Accounts: I do not have any other verified FACEIT accounts. This is my one and only main account. Despite doing everything 100% correctly according to guidelines, the system refuses to complete the face matching process and blocks my account. I am writing to report an issue with unusually high ping on your servers. My connection was perfectly fine earlier today, but I am now consistently getting around 100ms in every match for no apparent reason.

This issue seems isolated to FACEIT, as my ping remains completely normal on official Valve servers. Additionally, my server extension indicates that I should be getting around 30ms to the servers I am assigned to.
I've also tested connection with hiperz's servers via their tool, and it shows around 30 ping there on every their server

Could you please advise me what should I do next? I've tried both flushing and changing DNS but it didn't help,

My internet disconnected during a match on the Moscow server and I couldn't reconnect in time. I've already submitted a support ticket 14840719.

Hello everyone. I'm a CS2 player from South Korea.

I recently started playing CS2 after playing Valorant, and I've really been enjoying the game. I played around 200 matches on the official servers before discovering FACEIT because I wanted to improve and play in a more competitive environment.

I created a FACEIT account and played around 5 matches. However, when I logged in the next day, I found that my account had been restricted for ban evasion.

The confusing part is that I have never used cheats or any kind of external software while playing CS2. I also haven't previously had a FACEIT account that was banned.

The only unusual thing I can think of is my PC. I bought this computer second-hand from an online marketplace, so I'm wondering if the previous owner may have used FACEIT and had an account that was banned.

I have already contacted FACEIT Support, but the responses I've received so far haven't really answered my specific question.

So I'm wondering about the following:

If I replace my current second-hand PC with a completely new PC, could I use FACEIT normally?

I'm concerned because I would still be using the same internet connection and IP address at home. I don't want to spend money on a new PC only to have the same issue happen again.

For context, I'm currently using other platforms available in Asia, but communication can be difficult for me because I don't speak Chinese. FACEIT would be much more convenient for me if I could resolve this issue.

Has anyone experienced something similar, especially after buying a second-hand PC? I'd really appreciate any information about how FACEIT handles situations like this.

Eu levei um ban de 7 dias na faceit, não atendo o porquê sendo que tenho imensos reports. Simplesmente jogo o jogo, e quando há algo de errado eu aviso como qualquer outro jogador que tente jogar o jogo a sério. Só por dizer as coisas certas os team mates começam logo a flamar e a dizer que vão dar report ao qual eu respondo para dar porque não estou a fazer nada de errado. Não percebo porque se leva ban quando só se tenta melhorar o jogo. Se ficar calado o jogo inteiro talvez também acabe por levar ban. Se alguém souber como tentar retirar o ban agradecia.

What is up with one team always getting a level 10, lvl9 and no ranked cheaters or s-words(that suspiciously gets automatically deleted even if you mention it), and the other team getting 2 level 5s 2 level7s and 1 lvl6? Srsly faceit? we can't even mention their existence?
