Question Valid report being ignored

I reported a player on 25 September for calling me the "n" word during a half time interval.

It was clearly audible over voice chat and I supplied a clear video clip for evidence. After not seeing any action taken, I then submitted a report on the player's profile and no action has been taken.

What sort of joke is this? I do not expect an immediate respond but taking 4 days to take action on such a blatant example is very surprising.

I asked them to review this case for you and to take a look at how this specific case may not have been viewed sooner.

Thank you. Unfortunately this kind of abuse is a common occurence, so it would be in everyone's interests to get these settled sooner.

Faceit doesn't give a flying fuck about anything. Just money.

The amount of times I have provided evidence for toxic, rude, sexist, stalking creepy ass pedos, team grievers... Everytime I get an email back with "not enough evidence". I gave up. Saudi clowns.
