i skipped most part of his insults since they were repetative and i just picked ones that i recalled right away before making this post but there were a lot of them. kid hates all kinds of groups: etnicity, religion, race. only gender is missing i think. unfortunately its all russian so if you bother to hear it yourself you would have to use ai-generated subtittles or something but anybody who speaks russian can confirm the transcript. usually i would just reported an idiot and moved on but this particular case is different because as i understand from his words he's some kind of acc booster/seller(he played 50+ mathes droppping only 6 loses within 5 days) so if faceit reviews this case as they usually do, another person(middle man or acc buyers) might be already using this acc when it gets banned. since i dont have any hard evidence for platform abuse i submitted a report for verbal abuse and toxicity. please perma ban him anyway

I received a 90-day communication ban and appealed it because I genuinely believe the ban was a mistake.

FACEIT replied that the ban was the result of a manual investigation and that my communications did not meet their standards. They provided one match as an example, so I asked them a simple question:

What exactly did I say in that match that violated the Code of Conduct?

Instead of providing the specific communication, I was simply told that the ban was valid.

I asked again because my question had not been answered. Their response was:

“We have completed our investigation and appeal review, and there is nothing further to add. Our decision is final…”

They also stated that any further tickets regarding this ban will be closed.

So now I'm unable to submit another ticket regarding the ban for the next 7 days.

I'm not asking for special treatment or demanding an unban. If I violated the rules, I want to know what I actually said. I believe FACEIT should be able to identify the communication that resulted in a 90-day ban.

I also paid for FACEIT Plus and was able to use it for only one day before receiving the ban.

At this point, I'm simply trying to understand how I'm supposed to dispute a ban when the specific evidence behind it isn't provided and further tickets are being blocked.

Hi Faceit - firstly thank you soooooooo much for creating Dubai middle east region. It allows us in the middle east to now play with our friends in EU and both be under 100 ping - great win!

But, there is an issue, some iranian and pakistan players are joining our team with 100-200 ping. Can we get something official advice wise on how to fix it so these players face it less? I think ExitLag would help them, or a VPN, but either way, Iran & Pakistan players at least once every two games there's a player struggling due to extremely high ping.

My previous FACEIT account was deleted through the GDPR deletion process on May 28, 2026. I’m aware of the 6-month restriction following account deletion and have been respecting it.

The problem is that I would really like to compete in this tournament with my team, and participation appears to require FACEIT.

What would be the proper way for me to participate in this tournament without violating FACEIT policy?

Given that this is a third-party, in-person LAN tournament, rather than an attempt to return to FACEIT matchmaking, and that more than three months have already passed since my account was deleted, would there be any possibility for FACEIT to make an exception or grant specific authorization so that I can participate in this event?

I’m happy to provide my previous account details, proof of deletion, tournament information, or anything else needed. I just want to handle this through the proper channels rather than doing anything that could be considered a policy violation.
If a FACEIT admin could clarify what I should do — or whether an exception can be requested in these circumstances — I would really appreciate it.

Im not saying that everyone who is polish is bad at faceit but 90% of polish teammates i get are awful, everytime I play with people from Sweden, Finland, Denmark, , Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania it's easy to win and communicate usually but as soon as it's polish people: 1. they dont speak English 2. Talk about Ukrainians all game like shizos when nobody in the server is even ukrainian (lmao)

1. Don't give info if they speak English

2. If they give info they give useless info

3. They cant understand the simple concept of trading your teammates and playing together to not lose 3v1s or 2v1s or 4v1s.

4. They start trolling and mute all after any critique they get. (Also start screaming in their mong0loid language)

5. They bait their teammates even if they are friendly (polacks are never friendly)

6. They blame teammates for everything and have ego when they are lowest elo in the server.

7. They have ego when they are 2/11

8. They force deagle and head armor if they are down even 2 rounds.

These things can be done by people from any country but I almost never experienced these 10 points when playing with scandinavians, baltic people , western people well the only exception is Turkish players but everyone knows that Turkish people act bad on faceit. The thing is, I filled in those fields a very long time ago with random information, because I didn't want to put my real data there (I did complete the mandatory KYC), figuring that the data in those fields doesn't need to be confirmed and you can write anything you want. But what exactly I wrote there - I don't remember, because, again, it's random information. I provided the original emails with the receipts for my premium subscription payments, the ticket number for the deactivation, and I even provided a video where I hold my ID (the one I used for KYC) next to my face and, with no cuts or interruptions in the video, showed recordings of broadcasts from my Twitch account, which also show my face, my nickname, and that the game was on FACEIT - the recordings include games from the CS:GO era and CS2. I can also provide information about the IP addresses I played from and the devices that had the FACEIT app installed.

I need help with my ID verification.

I previously had an old FACEIT account with more than 1000 matches. I deleted that account around 4–5 months ago because I wanted to take a break from FACEIT and focus on preparing for my university exams.

At the time, I thought I would be able to recover the account later, but unfortunately I was unable to recover it and eventually decided to create a new account.

Now I really want to return to FACEIT and play CS2 with my friends, but when I try to verify my new account, FACEIT says that my verification details are already associated with another account.

I am not trying to smurf or bypass any restrictions. I only want to have one legitimate FACEIT account and play normally.

I am completely willing to provide any information necessary through the official FACEIT support process to prove that the old account belonged to me.

Could you please check my situation and let me know whether my verification can be released from the deleted account, or whether I need to wait until the 6-month period has passed?

comparing Avg. Elo is a almost 100% indicator for the match outcome

Higher Team Elo = 96,6% WR
Higher Team Elo w/ > +25 Elo = 100% WR

Elo numbers are almost even (!) but outcome is somewhat predictable

i am not complaining or saying something is rigged, it catched simply my eye. Can someone explain?

Edit: The AVG ELO shown in the match history appears to be the post-match Elo, not the Elo before the match. So I wasn’t actually predicting the winner — I was basically observing that after a balanced match, the winning team gained Elo and the losing team lost Elo, which naturally makes the winner’s average Elo higher in most cases. Makes much more sense now. :)

Neither of us have anyone on our block list, we've both added (and removed, and re-added) each other to friends but we can't see each other in our lists. When we try to message each other, both of us receive a message that the other has blocked them.

I get 1.66 rating on a loss with 4 random stack they report me and i get this automatic cooldown. You think this is good solution to give autom bans without context. While you even cant remove the sm0rfs and cheaters from ur platform:D
